No ring leaders :D merely Punja is nicer than I am and I like his input :D. Would be interesting to hey a Recoverbro/alpha/avenger lol but the only alpha Recoverbro is CyForce and he is too good for us :p aaah the bro love hahahahaha and IMO he IS the True Alpha RecoverBro haha but it's just my opinion and it is not to be evaluated by the FDA.

So I listened to my body with all the tired feeling I'm getting and decided to not be the typical c0cky kid and well...do the deload I didn't do, my grip was already failing, arms were always trembling :/ I had to and it really felt good this week I'll deload and pick the weight back up. Lesson learned I'm not skipping my deloads again...

Form-X notes:
-keeping me dryer every day, loving that and the endurance effects for strength and cardio training are more prominent , specially noticed them on the BW exercises and high volume BB rows.
 
The DAA should be in full gear by the end of the week...hope you respond well to it brother. I'm a big fan myself.

Thanks brother :) , I have started to feel some of the effect, seeing libido rise and good endurance, I am looking forward to the strength gains and well, seeing how this week is a deload for my CNS I see many ways in which DAA will benefit from this and getting me back to my higher weight sets for the remainder of the cycle! You'll see bro! One day in some years I'll have your spartan physique and strength!

Lol , I am having a better day...my body was feeling lethargic without the deload haha, got used to deloading every 4th week, about to break fast too in some 30 mins :p!

Ok Guys I have been AWOL all evening from the forums , weird of me I know, but the thing is!! I got a callback! For a possible modelling gig in November!! Or the Beginning of December! For a clothes catalog :D My first one! I showed them my pics from the session I had from my avatar and well...Fingers crossed I'll be ready by december :D! They said they really liked my change in body composition (showed them my fatty pics) and my 25.5" waist! (atm more like 26~") , anyhow they say it looks real good for tighter pants and shirts that are tight around the waist :D! Wanted to share this hehe...I always wanted to become a model or a fitness model , and possible in some 3-4 years I might be ready..this is a minor gig but :D I'm so glad about it!!

I know I am no where near the desirable physique models have...but hey, its a clothed (or in the fashion I have in my avy) session and all...and its good experience :') I feel is at least a good reward and progress for this lifelong battle I am waging on my body composition and the iron!

Woke up real rested but still tired as hell due to oversleeping , I did not do my morning cardio session as I am running late today...I am noticing good recovery anyhow, and will try to do my HIIT session later today even if it means sacrificing some sleep and the fact in on a deload...sorry for the lame update guys :/ on the plus side, good sleep without nightmares

Doing great brother!!! Sometimes over sleep is good for body...all the hard work you do at gym it's good to give some extra rest ;)

Took me around 7-8 months of low carbing, once in a while refeeds , no dairy , no fruits and the most massive amount of veggies in the world to get there hahaha. I really had to prove myself I can achieve something like that when I set my mind to it...and well :D Mission accomplished xD though I ended up like a human beanpole >>'!! the pic on top, I was 180lbs...the one below...126lbs :D!

Lets just say I kinda did...BUT when I was that fat...I was at over 25% BF and had NO strength...literally I got beaten by a 115 deadlift on my first weeks at the gym hahahaha and well...I made it a kind of recomp for a while and then purely made it a HUGE cut and leaned out, I wanted single digits...then I found AM saw the ideas of the OEP/AT2/Erase stack...and well, I got 6.9% with lose skin xD!!! got carried away, but strength always went up haha , it still is going up and kinda staggering a bit now , but I find my ways :D!

Yeah , if I get to 145-150 at like 7-8% Bf I'll dare thinking of doing a show :D! hahaha but its years from now :p right now I wanna get to like 150~ and then cut again keeping LBM and then again...you know bulk up, cut down , the usual to get there :D!
