Even if you DO pick a "diet", you do not necessarily have to follow it to the letter, but should always manipulate it to fit YOU, IMO - for example, Lean Gains works the best with my body, but the ONLY part of the protocol I use is the 16-hour fast/8-hour feeding window, everything else individualized for ME.

Agreed Rosie seems to have personal experience with it and that will be your best source of information. I have had clients male and female use IF and enjoy it. I have clients who use different diets, my advice is always if it fits your lifestyle and isn't a gimmick but has sound nutrition principals behind it, then use what works for you.
