Day 7 6/24 Cardio/Rest day:
Ok guys, here's what I call a delight of cardio for me...but also some pretty stupid mistakes on my side due to ego and well...punishment for yesterdays failure

Tough on myself, I know right? :
-15 min run (around 7mph)
-51:31 (51 minutes, 31 seconds) stairmaster at level 14 all the time, around 6.1 floors per minute.
Stairmaster kCals: exactly 701 kCals
Run kCals: Unknown , assuming around 100?? 120??.
Anyhow, stairmaster WAS first, and well I only planned for 700 kCals...but there's this couple of guys that have been watching me at the gym since I was a little fatty :3!! And well..they swear I am on either permanent cycles of test+winny or have periodical liposuctions haha no really they said this things once behind my back some weeks ago while I was squating and my headphones were not working...but they did NOT know that and didn't know I was listening...Anyhow they were literally laughing at my outfit and determination on the stairmaster (I wear a hoodie, a beanie, long pants and a tight thermal shirt below my hoodie <long sleeve as well> ) Well they arrived at the threadmills right beside me after I had been on the stairmaster for around 20-25 minutes...and they were just jogging there Idk their speeds...but anyhow they were even telling me directly that I could not last as long as them, well I outlasted them in their tiny jog...and well proceeded to act all c0cky , hopped on a threadmill and ran for 15 mins at 7mph , faster than they had done so in there 20~ minute jog...so as to finally shut them up, and actually went and told them, "you know what, thanks for the attention and all...but I do not juice nor use PH/DS, and if you two actually spent some time lifting instead of talking and texting at the gym, you would make progress too" they didn't expect that haha and they just looked at me a bit puzzled...I turned around and left drenched in sweat...
Form-X Notes:
-Endurance is WAY up, furthermore I get to focus more on my cardio workouts without worrying about the time I am doing and merely enjoying my catharsis I always reach in them.
-Aggression is WAY up too

I like this part...I usually just keep it to myself at the gym since well, I don't usually like to stir up trouble, but I kinda got tired of being pushed around or talked about already haha.
-Libido is high, and dreams are well...they are from deep sleep vivid patterns , but they have a way of going from wet (yes , sexual fantasies) to dark and horrible transitioning into my night terrors...but at least I get some pleasure out of them now other than just pure fear, last nights dream wasn't that bad actually and I remember more the "fun" part of it.
Ok week 1 summary:
I like to do my weight ins in a DRY state , as to say I have already emptied my blather, my stomach, and have sweat out as much water weight as possible, so it will most likely be after the fasted cardio sessions every sunday:
Weight:
-133.8lbs I think I have to reasses kCalories and maybe stop doing burn days, the tiresome feeling I am getting could possibly be that I am creating a big deficit on burn days and I do not get enough time to let my body recover from the lifting days in the burn/rest days...
Possible outcomes:
-I might deload this week and let my CNS take a break and get back on track with the same set up and slightly higher kCalories.
OR
-I might simply throw cardio/rest days out the window and make them PURE rest days. For this I would try to do HIIT for ALL 4 lifting days AFTER lifting. In a usual 5 minute warm up setting , 6-8 sets of 30 second mayhem + 60 second recovery , and 5 minute cooldown. So around 20-24 minutes total of cardio for those 4 days , and simply keep kCalories at Maintenance on STRICT REST DAYS.
