Hi guy need to help iv done a course before that I wasn't happy with from bn nutrition I took Deca and sus 1 mil a week of each, iv learnt a lot more about it now so I'm starting a new cycle,
Iv bought alpha phama product test e 1 mil a week and sus 250 1 mill every few days plus pro chem dbol 4 a day split thought the day and one before trainin, I was goin to do this for 12 weeks, followed by nolva which I didn't know to take before hand on my last cycle. I weight 182lb I'm 5.9 and 28 years old diets good eating every couple of hours taking in about 280 grams of protein a day lots of carbs as I have a fast matabalism so Im kind of on a junk diet but I take it all the healthy foods red meat fish chicken potatoes vedge and fruit ect, basically I want to know if this all sounds ok and my cycle is good
