Yes they actually all compliment each other very nicely. Powerfull can be taken as 1-3 caps the first 3 days before bed and then after that you may take 1-3 caps pre wo and then 1-3 caps before bed. Make sure minimal to no carbs are consumed within an hour of taking PF as GH and insulin cannot coexist. OEP can be taken as 1-2 caps 30 minutes before breakfast or fasted training and then another cap 6-8 hours later. AP can be taken as 1 cap before your 2 largest meals of the day for the first few days and then up to 3 may be taken in a day. Make sure that you get 30-70g of carbs with these meals. However, 50-70g of carbs is the sweet spot. 1 cap could also be taken in the morning before fasted training for added fat loss aid.
