I'm new to the forum and the lifestyle, I ve been a pot smoking, binge drinking type guy, I'm a Boilermaker and I work with alot of big guys and I'm just not I've been 5" 8' 150 lbs. since I was 18 I've been a member of a gym for the past year now and I haven't gained any size I actually got smaller I've always been the Lil guy and I'm fed up and I'm fighting back after about three months of research I've made up my mind on what I'm running any useful feedback would appreciated I've chosen not to stack bc I don't know how my body is gonna react
500 mg test prop a week for twelve weeks
50 mg clomid 5 days after last dose of test for two weeks
25 mg clomid for two weeks
 
For the love of god get your life, diet and training in order before even thinking about doing AAS.

Dude you need to cycle with milk and burgerdrol. No bridge, just stack them from start to finish. If you throw in pizzavar you'll get UGE gainz bro
 
Apparently I wasn't clear in my last post I've ate like a monster for the past year left all my habits behind and totally changed my lifestyle and diet and still havent seen much gains I've gotten stronger and I look tighter but I've always been naturally ripped off the frame so this is the route I've made my mind up on goin now if there are any serious guys out there about the plan like I am mine I would greatly appreciate any tips or advice
 
Sorry for the sarcasm. Have you figured out your macro requirements to bulk? You say you've been eating big but of you're not gaining weight you just have to eat more, especially with a metabolism like yours. Not trying to say you don't know what you're doing but the members here are gonna be hesitant to give advice without a little more info.
 
I was approached by a guy n my gym who everybody stops and watches work out I've been eating clean trying my best to take in 5000 calz a day I know I haven't taken that in EVERY day but I've come close my body just thinks it doesn't need to get any bigger I workout 3 to 4 times a week I lift heavy 8 to 10 reps I isolate muscle groups arm and chest day leg and back etc I only workout an hour to an hour and a half a day I see this path as the only way to reach goals and I'm a bout 5% bf I'm gonna post a pic on profile
 
Well I guess like anyone else you'll do what you're gonna do regardless. Atleast you're not doing the 'oral only' route like most newbs. If you're gonna run prop you're sides are gonna come on faster so keep a good ai on hand for bloat/estro sides.

My wienner has the same problem, I keep tell him if he would get bigger more females would felatich him
 
I just got my gear like three days ago it got to me surprisingly quick taking my first dose this Saturday I appreciate you taking me seriously bc I'm so pumped about it. all the butterfly's have left my stomach I'm confident in my plan and my gear I can't wait to post transformation pics
 
Hey man congrats on your gear an good luck. However no dis about gettin gear cuz you feel your not makin gains. But on that note. You say you would get close to 5000 cals a day an if you didn't you'd be close. Honestly you should be hittin that at a minimum. An should be everyday if you really want it. An it need to be that for at least 6 months or more. Remember this is a lifestyle that is a marathon not a sprint. Your protein should be 300+ an carbs 400+. Remember thR gear alone isn't all of a sudden give you crazy gains over night. An the number I just gave you should an needs to be that much while your on stuff. By all means man good luck. But keep I'm mind everythin counts in the kitchen an outside the gym.

Keep in mind that it took Lorenzo a couple years to get that size and most likely never goes off cycle. Good luck with your cycle but working out seriously for a year isnt anywhere near the amount of time someone should have under their belt.
