Im really glad to see that the first thing everyone noticed was the sleep. That was the first thing I noticed as well. Lets see if you guys all start putting on some lbs or recomping like me :)

GL brother, I be pulling for yall. We are trying to start up spring league torneyment part but stupid rain has messed it up three weeks in a row. WE play 10 game leagues then double elimination torney.

I am so hyped right now. I am starting to see visual improvements.

Strength - Felt really strong today. I feel that the wrist weakness hindered the max lift.
Appearance - Multiple striations on chest. Veins on biceps coonsistently show during workout.
Workout Energy - Great energy throught the workout.
Normal Energy - Felt good all day. No afternoon lethargy.
Sleep - Excellent sleep again. Feels like I am waking up from a deep sleep.
Recovery - DOMS on upper back and traps are all but gone.
Libido - Morning appearance again.
Skin condition - Skin continues to be slightly oily. has not progressed into breakouts yet.
Joint pains - No pain.

Summary:

I guess 5 days of good sleep is enough to say that Mass HGH is definitely the cause. Feels like one of those long weekend sleep where you sleep as much as you want and wake up when you open your eyes. Libido is increasing daily I think as morning "wood" appeared again. Some aggression as I am starting to have road rage. Is it just a result of a long commute. We shall see.

Took a nap after work and ran some errands until I realized it was midnight. I rushed off to the gym.

Wrist continues to improve and today was a major test day. I decided to go with shoulders and pushed chest workout to tomorrow.
Machine Press movements did not give me any trouble until set 11. At 200 lbs, I pushed out the first 10 easily. 11-13 reps were hard and on the 14th rep, I felt my wrist give a little. I got the 15th up 1/3 of the way and the wrist gave again and I just did not have any leverage and dropped the weight. I hope no one hits the lunk alarm. I feel like I could have set a PR if my wrist was fully healed. I stopped and rested for a bit and tested the weist by twisting it a bit and putting pressure on it. Nothing. No pains. No bruise. I decided to add another set. Why ? I saw add on weights for the machine. I did not see these before and honestly, I did not look for them in the past. I was disappointed with the previous set, so that pushed me to try a set 210 lbs. (added 10 lbs to the stack) I got the first up easily and pushed out 5 more slow painful reps. No wrist pain. Just painful to get it up. Oh hell yeah !!! I never tried 210 lbs before. Especially after draining my energy on the max set. I will try this weight again next week. I felt great and alpha !!!

By the way, there was a blond girl with Kim Kardashian like body at the gym. Holy ****. That girl could cause trouble. Took me a while to re-focus. I did the rear delt raises while she was in the room. At the end, I realized that I just went through the motions and I could have lifted much more. I will start with 90 lbs next week.

Finished shoulders off with serious sets of HS Iso military presses and I was done. Shoulder were pumped and arms were hard as a rock with veins showing on my arms and front shoulders. What am I especially happy about ? Veins going down my biceps. They continue to show regularly now. (Never had this before)

Been restricting carbs for 5 days now. Will be loading up with carbs tomorrow with a cheat meal added.

Summary:

I was looking forward to today. Cheat day + carbs !!! I was anxious to see if the carbs will help with after lethargy.
Slept for 7 hours and woke up refreshed. Had some wicked weird dreams last night. I woke up with rock hard chest and arms. Also, rock hard you know what. Nice way to start the day. My girlfriend slept over last night and she was very happy this morning ! She also said I did not fidget or move while sleeping. I am usually all over the bed. I felt great and I was full of energy and confidence. I work from home on Friday's and got a lot done and I was very focused.

Did not eat much carb in the morning, but I ate enough during lunch and dinner to make up for it. lots of brown rice, bananas, sweet potato for lunch. For dinner, my cheat meal of choice was Shrimp Pad Thai. Ate couple peanut butter cakes for dessert as well. Only "bad" food for the day. I still ended up below calorie level. The dinner where I ate the most amount of carbs were situated around workouts. I ate carbs for lunch. Went to gym to work the chest. I went to dinner and had a lot of carbs. Went back to gym to put in 60 minutes of cardio. Ate dessert afterwards.

Today was chest day. Major test for the wrist as the angle on the HS Incline Press is not forgiving. Felt really strong and the weight felt lighter than normal. Knocked out 9 sets without issues. On the 10th set, I got the weight up 7 times. The 8th rep was 2/3 of the way up and my triceps gave. So close. FYI - 7 reps is the PR, but I have been stuck on 6 reps for the last few weeks. My chest was pumped and no PAINS on the wrist. Test passed ! Did couple drop sets immediately afterwards dropping 1 plate from each side. Nice way to finish off this lift.

I went over to the dumbbell rack and picked up 30 lbs. I normally pick up 35 lbs, but I wanted to be conservative. I finished off 10 sets, but I did feel my wrist pull a bit and weaken. OK, this seems to be the last remaining angle that will give me issues. Nothing major. it will probably go away by next week.

Finished off chest with supersets of Machine Chest flyes and Machine Chest Press with no rest in between. My muscles were pumped and my heart was beating like crazy. I knew I put in good work today. Everything is good and loving this stack so far.


Onto tomorrow and the crucial morning softball game to make the playoffs. Going to the beach afterwards and will walk about 5 miles on the beach with my girlfriend. She likes to walk. Always full of energy. Then retire to the bar on the beach to relax the night away.

Just want lecheek to know that this log has convinced me to rearrange my supp schedule and replace something I had planned for some time with the mass/x9 stack. It won't be for a while but Im gonna get it in!

One word on the pr's AWESOME!!!! Way to kill it man. I can't wait for my shoulder to heal up so I can get with in half your strong arse lol. I got to 60's on db's for 3x8 reps but can't mess with straight bars without pain.

Hey, I can't do 60s with dumbbells. You got me there. This stack is pretty good. Comtemplating running it for 8 weeks. I also think I am buying more MassHGH for a run in the fall after a cut. I saw it online for $39.99.

Summary:

Woke up this morning on the floor and my body was sore. Probably from falling off the bed. I slept sound. Too sound I guess. Felt like I woke up from deep sleep again. Libido was high as my friend was rock solid again pitching a tent. No DOMS from working chest yesterday. Chest was tight and full and looked decent in the mirror along with arms and shoulders. My thighs are starting to look more cut as well as the quad separation looked more distinct.

I ate breakfast and went to the field to play softball. Last game of the season and we were playing for our playoff lives. General comment about strength - I hit a solid line drive to RF that the RF caught. I hit bombs to CF and LF that were caught as the outfielders played almost 300 ft out. I felt strong and hit the ball well. Unfortunately they expected it and played accordingly. We played close most of the game and then they blew the game open in the 6th inning. Lost the game and lost our chance to make the playoffs. Better luck next year.

I was so hungry after the game and had to stop at a store to get a bagel. Yeah, it was that bad. Appetite seems to be increasing. Today was a maintenance day and my only goal was to stay near maintenance calorie. I ended up going over by 98 calories. Low carb starts again tomorrow. Need to really push the envelope and see if I can be at 75 grams or under. Preferably at 50 grams or under.

Went to the beach afterwards and my GF and we walked back and forth on the beach near the water for about 5 miles at a good pace. We were not tired and it felt great.

All in all, slow and relaxing Saturday.

Cardio and Legs tomorrow. Will try to get a lot out of the workout by splitting it into 2 sessions.

Week 1 down and I am a happy camper. This stack is working beyond expectations. I will take pictures tomorrow morning and tomorrow's update will include measurements and weight as well.

Yeah, so far so good. If the effects last for another couple weeks, I am definitely stocking up for rest of the year.

Strength - New PR on leg press by 7 reps !!!
Appearance - Bulkiness in leg is getting smaller, replaced with more muscle separation. More veins on forearms and vein on biceps are getting bigger.
Workout Energy - Really had no motivation today to go to gym. Once I got there things changed and I finished strong.
Normal Energy - Little too laid back today. Had nothing to exert energy on until workout time.
Sleep - Long restful sleep. Wow.
Recovery - No DOMS anywhere. Some soreness on my feet probably from walking 5 miles yesterday at the beach.
Libido - Getting stronger. Now more random.
Skin condition - Skin is definitely oily now. Have to make sure to clean my face several times a day to prevent breakouts.
Joint pains - No joint issues.

Summary:

Story repeats itself with sleep. I woke up after 7 hours and decided to go back to sleep. I woke up 2 hours later feeling like jelly and really laid back. Has anyone been in hyperbaric chamber before ? It sort of felt like that in lesser scale.

Aggression is higher. Almost started a fight with my GF for no reason. Caught myself before it got worse. Bit more irritable now. Gotta watch it. This along with oily skin and new PRs definitely points to T-level increase.

While just daydreaming a bit midday and felt immediate reaction in the pants. Libido is definitely increasing.

While doing leg presses and extensions, I noticed that quad separation is getting much better with small veins popping up. I also look much leaner and streamlined overall. Veins are all over my forearms and veins running down the biceps are getting bigger. Noticeable difference in the mirror. I hope it translates in picture comparison.

Being so laid back all day, it was difficult to get going in the gym. Started slow and went in a moderate pace during elliptical, but finished strong in the last 15 minutes. Did my ext/curl supersets and now my energy level was peaking. Just in time as I moved to leg presses. The weight on the leg press felt good and had no stress all the way up to 9 sets. I loaded the press for the 10th set. Pushed up 15 reps rather easily. Surprisingly, I got 10 more up with some difficulty, but manageable. I fought up 7 more reps for a total of 32 reps. OK, these were excruciating, but awesome !!! I wonder what next week will bring ?

Am I thinking about increasing weight ? If I hit 40 reps with 360 lbs ?...yes.

I was careful to make sure the emphasis was on the muscle and made sure the form was good during leg press, so I do not stress my knees too much. I think I laid on the leg press machine for about 10 minutes after I was done, before I got up. Don't worry. I am not a jerk. There was almost no one in the gym. Otherwise, I would have rolled off. My quads had minor spasms and my lower back was a bit stiff. I took it easy the rest of the day. I think this may have triggered irritability that caused a fight with my GF.

A very good start to week 2.


Onto to tomorrow working back with cardio and volleyball added.

Summary:

I woke up with major muscle soreness all over my legs and back. Whenever, I sat down, it was a struggle to get back up. All in all, I still rather have this. Why ? I know I killed it last night. If the soreness hangs over to tomorrow, then I will have issues. So far, DOMS have stayed around for just 1 day. What caused this ? I am sure it was due to curling up to get full range of motion on leg press and then trying to max out. Something to think about next week.

Morning wood made a regular appearance again. Also, while I was not irritable, I was very aggressive today. My face was very oily and I see signs of more breakouts. Yes, that T level increase thing again.

I ended up very low in calories today. I think I tend to eat less on low carb diets because I put down anything that might have access carbs in it. I also think this affected my cardio as it took me a while to get going and produced lowest output of this log.

I sweated profusely during cardio. My shirt was absolutely soaked and remained that way until I got home even though I took it off. Cardio was tough and I struggled through. I just did not have it today. May need to figure out a way to take less carb in the AM and more carb right before workout. Marms also gave me permission to used BCAA if needed, so I may do that as well. Already have Modern BCAA sitting in my cabinet. I also heard good things about Recover Pro.

Back workout was much better. I went out to the store in between and got myself cottage cheese with blueberries. Yuck ! That's what I ended up grabbing at the store because it had the least amount of carbs. Surprisingly it gave me energy to do my back workout.

As stated last week, i was going to try to add weight to supporting exercises. These will not be considered PRs since my starting level was low. It would just be a very happy surprise !!!

Added weight to pulldowns and pullovers with success. Knocked out 9 sets of rows and loaded the weight for my 10th set. Weight went up easily and I was able to row 18 reps. New PR by 4 reps ! I felt so good, I dropped 100 lbs off immediately and did a set of 16 reps without rest. My back was on fire. I could feel each rep having an affect on my upper back. Finished off with shrugs with more weight and rear delt raise with more weight and 5 additional sets.

I am pretty sure I will have DOMS on upper back tomorrow.

Definitely cardio and maybe shoulders depending on how I feel tomorrow.

Thank you Marms. I had some practice getting the format down in previous logs. Doing my best to keep on improving it.

As I stated in other logs, if the product is good it really reflects on the log as I want to rush to my computer or phone to show what improvements I have made.

If you read my log, you know that I was up at 2:45 am posting an update. I popped 3 MassHGH and slept for 3 1/2 hours. I have a 1 1/2 hour commute in to work and I haven't crashed yet. Are you serious ??? WOW.

Strength - Strength at all time high I think.
Appearance - Shoulders were like cannonballs. LOL. Little exaggeration. They looked round and cut. High vascularity.
Workout Energy - Energy through the roof today.
Normal Energy - No signs of lethargy. Good energy all day.
Sleep - Stayed up late. Slept 3 1/2 hours. No ill effects.
Recovery - DOMS on traps. Minor DOMS on upper back.
Libido - Strong like bull.
Skin condition - Pimple on face. Another looking to come out. Aarrgghh.
Joint pains - No issues.

Summary:

I stayed up way too late last night and only got 3 1/2 hours of sleep. I woke up little groggy, but that was it. Good energy all day and no lethargy in the afternoon. I was really surprised since I had issues with lethargy during earlier part of this log. My morning friend was strong and at attention. Cover your eyes. It's fuller throughout the day as well. Haven't had much aggression recently. It's probably due to being so relaxed throughout the day.

I had major DOMS in my traps and minor DOMS in my upper back. Leg and back soreness are gone. I am loving the DOMS !!! Does anyone else feel the same way ? It does go away after 1 day.

The low carb diet is going well. It actually zapped my appetite and I don't crave food. It does affect me at the gym during cardio as stated yesterday. I thought about using BCAA, but I think I am going to see how long I can go wthout it.

I took my normal nap after work and went to the gym with good energy. When I arrived, I was full of energy and ready to go. I had 90 minutes before gym closed so I decided not to do cardio today and go right into lifting. I am actually contemplating adding more lifting to my workout. i am feeling really strong these days and i want to make the best of it. Just thinking about it for now. When I have a low energy day, I may feel different about making this change.

Started with Shoulder press. The first 9 sets felt lighter than normal. This gave me a lot of confidence before going into set 10. Weight felt really good. So good that I lifted a personal best of 16 reps @ 200 lbs. Personal best by 2 reps. Oh hell yeah. My shoulders were pumped up like crazy and dare I day it ??? Veins ! In fact, veins all over my arms as well. Building on this, I loaded the 2 added weights to the stack to make it 210 lbs for an 11th set. I attempted this for the first time last week for 6 reps. Today, I got it up 8 times. Another personal best ! Couple drop sets later, my shoulder muscles were actual contracting by themselves. Cool thing to watch.

Finished off shoulders with lateral with more weight than last time and military hammer strength press. Had some time left, so I threw in some kettle bell upright rows. Veins again ! Veins along side the biceps were much thicker now. This I want very much !!! I think that day is getting closer.

Very happy with today's workout.


Onto to tomorrow - chest workout if I feel good. Otherwise 1 day break from lifting and cardio only.

Since I am not taking anything else that affects energy or strength, Lecheek stack seems to be the most likely culprit.

Summary:

Had little sleep previous night taking care of some errands. Woke up feeling rested and ready to go. Regardless, i need to get more sleep. This is not good for my well being. Had no issues with energy today, but then I ate more carbs today as well. in fact, my diet was not great. High in fat and carbs. Not a good combo. Need to get better at this although it seemed to work sort of like a refeed day. Next morning, i looked leaner and more defined. Hmmm.

Skin was noticeably drier today and I was actually feeling hot all day. My body temperature is definitely up. Something to monitor.

Even though I felt great, I did not feel like doing any cardio. Going to beach again this weekend, so I will get a lot oif walking in. (about 7 miles planned) Took a nap after I got home and i was ready to go at the gym.

Right to my Incline chest press. Again, the weight felt lighter than usual. With pre-exhaustion done, I was ready for set 10. It felt good right away and I got 6 up easily and fought to get 3 more up for a new PR !!! The trend is that I know right away during pre-exhaustion that I have a good shot at exceeding the PR. Am I dreaming ? This LeCheek stack is unreal so far. Like yesterday, I felt great so I went for more. 11th set at 380 lbs. I haven't lifted this since my early 20s. I got the first one up smooth and finished off nice 5 reps. My chest was bursting with blood and my arms were on fire. I stripped off 55lbs from each side and did a drop set of 270 lbs then 180 lbs. Man...veins popping everywhere !!!

Is it MassHGH ? Is it Testodrol X9 ?? Is it the stack ??? Something clicked late last week and I have been feeling stronger every day since. i hope this continues. I want numbers now. i want 400 lbs. I might even try some bench later in this run.

Finished off with hammer curls, chest flyes and Hammer bench press and I was done. i want to stop doing cardio and lift all the time now. I know I shouldn't...but damn it I want to. i felt like i wanted to punch through the wall. My confidence was soaring and knew others were watching me lift.

No lifting planned for tomorrow, but should i keep going and make the best use of this effect from the stack right now ?

Ahhhh, my head hurts.

Congrats on more PRs man. As far as your day off question; Listen to your body. You have to give your body time to rest and recover to grow, but if you feel like you should lift then go for it.

Thanks for the advice Capt. I will see how I feel later today. I could be dragging and not want to do anything.
