EPIC DAY 14:
Weight - still holding steady @ 171.
As for the wine last night, I ended up drinking about 1 1/2 glasses of Pinot.. I flushed my system today w/ a solid 2 gallons of water!! The head-ache I woke up w/ this morning from less than 2 glasses of wine was freaking ridiculous!!
Well, this definitely is right on par for a good recomp!! I'm not really gaining weight, but daymn, am I gaining strength!! Every session, every day, I'm going up in strength!! This is one helluva supplement!!
I did a back workout this morning & pulled 210 on the lat pull downs!! I've always stopped around the 170-190 mark.. Oh, it was 210 for 8 strict form reps too!! I'm thinking this strength increase is due to the 3ml doses that I recently bumped up to. I'm glad I did!!
So, now that I'm at the mid-way point of my EPIC run, here's what I'm noticing:
Energy/Endurance - It's all good here. Like I mentioned a few days back, I'm not noticing a whole lot in the energy department of this. That's fine w/ me. That's why we all take our pre-workout supplements, right? Endurance in the gym is really intense. I could super-set my whole workout if I really needed to! The recovery from a full workout is crazy too! I just thrashed my chest 2 days ago, & it's already ready for more!!
Strength - Off the friggin charts!! I don't know that I've ever taken anything that's made my strength go up so rapidly!! Big props to FRL for EPIC!!
Pumps/Vascularity - The pumps are still pretty sick! They're also lasting just about all day long! It'd be fun if I threw some agmatine in there! lol.. Vascularity is about the same still.. The forearms are always veiny, so I'd say there's not much to report there..
Libido - Kickin!! Everything's working great, & everything's hangin nice & low still too! :dance:
Appetite - I'd say it's still about the same. I've been trying to keep the complex carbs & protein intake nice & high throughout this run. I'm never really starving, but I'm also not having a problem putting down some calories. At the same time, I get up in the morning & still look lean. Great stuff!!
If I can get up early enough, (3:30am), I'm gonna hit shoulders tomorrow morning. I should rest my body, but I want to get in that gym so friggin bad!! I was on my hands & knees pretty much all day today. We're building a house & I'm dong my own scored/stained concrete floors.. The friggin drywall crew removed a bunch of my floor coverings, so I had to go in today & scrape all that joint compound up. My whole body aches, but I'll be ok if I can get a few hours sleep tonight.
