Hey guys.
I'm looking to drop about 2% body fat while retaining my existing muscle -- or putting a few pounds on if I'm lucky, but I realize that's pretty hard to do.
I'm 39, 5' 10", 181#, and around 11.5% body fat. I've been lifting my whole adult life and have run 4 cycles previously (Hrol and Epi). This time I'm planning on trying Katanadrol V2 at 350mgs for 6 weeks, along side Havoc dosed at around 40mgs for 6 weeks. I have a bottle of PP's Dermacrine which I may throw in for the final 4 weeks. I also have real, pharma T3 which I plan on running something like 0/25/50/50/50/0. I figured I'd run it in the middle of the cycle so that the Havoc and Katana will be in my system and will help protect against muscle loss from the T3.
I know that a 2% body fat drop doesn't sound like a lot, but getting below 11% is really hard for me. My diet is good, I've been doing HIIT cardio, but I seem to have hit a wall and I'm hoping the T3 will give me that final push to fully visible abs.
My thyroid is fine (I get blood work before and after every cycle) and I have no health issues that would prevent me from using any of the above. PCT is clomid and the full TRS. I also have real pharma Ursodiol and PP's Liver Juice for liver support and hawthrone berry for on cycle blood pressure.
Any input or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks!
