First Cycle Log: Test E ~400 11 weeks. Let's Do This Sh*t

Nice lol!!!! That's a hilarious read bro. You just gotta remember not to let ten comments get you down at all or worry about cuttin and all that. You still putting in twice the work of most guys that yell "steroids" any time someone makes progress. I been getting the same kinda talk. Gots to make you feel good really though because that means regardless of how we see ourselves that progress is being made. One guy in the gym I don't usually go to asked me today how many pounds I put on in the last few weeks lol. I was like a few... Then an explanation of how carb increase allowed the protein to really do its job in my body haha!! But truth is this **** wasnt nearly the miracle I expected. I'm super thrilled with my progress and know it played a major role but my diet has been more meticulous now than ever and gyn sessions are insanely intense. Good to hear people noticing bro. Looking forward to gym update.

I'm so psyched brother - Awesome workout today, I'M BACK!!! I think there's a term like "RP" or something for beating your best lift?? Anyway before I became super weak last week, I did 110 dumbbells on incline 10,7,5,4,4 I think something like that, and KILLED it tonight. Did 110 x 11,8,6,5 (only did four sets). I don't make gains in strength like that (i.e. + 1 in every set) after years and years of bodybuilding / lifting, so now I know finally for sure this sh*t is working.

Do you guys remember the scene in Spiderman when Peter Parker is in the hallway at school when he is so fast he can see a punch, a fly, and spitball at the same time? I swear, I felt like that, felt like the weights didn't feel heavy at all. I know that sounds weird / lame, whatever it was great.

Anyway, beginning of week 8 has been great. Need to do tomorrow AM before work if I'm get a workout in, we'll see...Planning on going for sure, but as anyone following knows, sleep is my Achilles Heel.

PS - Acne has been way better, libido way up, and energy; it's like a 180 from last week. Still taking winny 50 mg ED throughout the day.

QUESTION: Does anyone recommend Clen for the last 5 weeks? I know definitely NOT during PCT, but figured last 5 weeks makes sense esp w winny. I definitely wanna cut more, and I do have liquid clen. Also while we're at it, is liquid clen legit / bogus / or slightly less potent? And I think I know the answer to this one, but will it make me sweat like a maniac?? If so, gotta figure something out with this NYC heat.

I don't know about the Clen... you could always run it a bit lower and work your way up. I don't think it strains your liver or anything so I don't see why not. But that's a total uneducated guess Haha.... I would try it.

I swea I'm not fishing for compliments, nor do I have false modesty, but I really don't notice what other ppl have been saying about size etc. I guess everyone who works hard in the gym has a little body dysmorphia...the only evidence I have of positive change is (1) other ppls' feedback (2) strength increasing moderately (3) the scale / some clothes fitting higher.

One thing I'm pretty sure of is that I still need to cut up, and this is the perfect time to do it. I've probably gained 8 lbs of water, 5 lbs of muscle, and 2 lbs of fat. Total guess though.

By the way this AM I did Shoulders / Tri's and was very focused and awake esp for the morning, so maybe this was due to the 100 mcg of the liquid clen that I took, although it wasn't anything crazy. I'm not sweating profusely or anything, so if the clen is working then I suppose it looks like I can tolerate it.

Hopefully the clen can help me cut up, but also I hope that I can do cardio 500 cal (low to moderate pace) 3-4 x's per week, ideally 5. Maybe I'll decrease lifting days to 4, or do 4 and then one day of pushups / pull-ups / abs / forearms over the weekend.

Bottom line: Increase cardio, use clen in the AM, eat a little higher protein / less carbs + fat + cals, and hopefully shred up.

Solid plan bro. And I have the same thing too. I don't see a noticeable difference but when I see a friend I haven't seen in a few months they are blown away. So as long as other people think I'm jacked Im good. Its when they don't then I gotta worry.

hahaa tell me about it brother, I actually turned a complete 180 from how crappy I felt last week this Monday morning; I was up out of bed feeling 100% and ready to conquer the world before 6AM and have been crushing workouts so far. This week I have beaten all of my previous maxes, e.g. incline DB - previously was 110's for 10-7-5-4-4, and this Tues I was able to do 110's for 11-8-6-5, better on every set! Feelin' great now, maybe the winny is finally kicking in??? What's left now I think is to just try to maintain the muscle I've gained while losing some fat.

Sucks though I can never find the time to squeeze in cardio grrrr. Still have 4 weeks after this, will do my best:)
 
Good to hear your back in it 100%. Maybe you'll find some time to get the cardio in your schedule now... But that Winny will help you origin there too.

Have to head to a bachelor party this weekend, so out of commission for a few days starting tomorrow. Not much new news to update the log with, upped the dosage of HCG to 500 IU 2x's per week until week 12 (***or do you continue it through the 2 weeks between last Test E shot and PCT????***).

Strength is still up, but not moving up higher, and sides still down, well-being pretty good.

Maybe I'll start a new post on that, I definitely wanna do it right.

Looking good bro. We are our worst critics but in my opinion you have made a ton of progress. You are more vascular, look fuller yet leaner and its a noticeable mass increase.

Wow big progress here in dropping off some bloat and carving out. Waistline dropped, medial abdominals separated, chest sits high and defined outer shape, arms have lining. And yes, better job shaving lol. Enjoy the party and just remember: its not worth doing if you can't take pictures and post em on the internet.
 
haha thx a lot bros! I feel like gotta get my waist smaller but that's hard w squatting and deadlifts etc. Almost done w week 9, damn...I gotta start mentally prepping for PCT, week 10, 11 & 12 then a couple weeks to PCT.
 
Yeah bro tell me about it! I'm already thinking about my prospective second cycle this fall / winter, but obviously gotta prioritize what I'm doing right now and get ready for PCT. Gained some lbs but still trying to lean out these last few weeks, which is so damn tough I have either weddings / bachelor parties / birthday parties almost every weekend day this month, but will do my best.

Much more easily said than done, but if I can do 500 cal of cardio per day the next few weeks, I can lose a clean 3 lbs of fat which would be phenomenal. Again, much more easily said than done...

Thx my friend. Just got back from the bachelor party, DAMN did I set myself back with some boozing (not crazy though) and terrible eating. I think I'm more hung over from all of the unhealthy food vs. any drinking. Gotta work extra hard these last few weeks, although of course I have a wedding or something like a wedding the next three weekends. Maybe I'll try a low carb / high protein thing these last few weeks.

it happens bro dont sweat it! just kill these last few weeks! I've actually been doin the same thing on days I suspect I may drink. I've been doing NO carb high protein/fat and its worked out great! you have to enjoy life somewhat right? lol
 
I wouldnt worry about it to much man. I read this great article about carb tolerance and I have been implementing some of it into my diet/training. You might benefit from it too. Keep up the good work.

Checked the fridge, and the HCG isn't in there anymore. One of my roommates must have thrown it out, I don't think it was on purpose (I wrapped it in tin foil) but if it was, what a dick move! Of course I can't ask them about it, because only one of them knows and I'm sure it wasn't him.

Anyway, I'm almost towards the end of week 10. Should I call it and just finish up this week / start PCT in a couple weeks? Just did a pin of 250 Test E...this sucks. Any input appreciated, I'm sure people get along without HCG, I just don't wanna push it as far as recovery goes.

Also - Can I continue the winny tabs during the 2 weeks between now and PCT if I go that route, or maybe through next week?
 
Just finish ur cycle as planned. Ur nuts will atrophy a little but u'll be fine. Don't be a vagina

**** I'd ask em if they threw out the chocolate you had wrapped in foil and start beatin ass. Lol. On a serious notice never used hcg with a ph before and I know plenty of dudes that never used it and recover fine. I won't use it unless its a must. The epi cycle I did my nuts were non existent. Within two week of pct all was well. As for the winny I actually have the same question posted about my dbol. Don't stress. Just slaughter the weights.

Great cycle so far, man. I read through like the first 7-8 pages then skipped to the last two. Sadly, because I did that with almost a week break in between I forgot what your plan and diet were looking like so I'll go back to and re-read that.

Just wanted to share I was following as well as to reassure you that running out of HCG is ok, especially for this cycle. Running HCG for a test only cycle like this one is highly unusual, so you'll be ok going into PCT as long as you got the proper SERMS and eat big.

I never knew this until last year, but ever since I heard about it I've become somewhat of a fan of the idea of using clen in PCT. It increases your hunger, so then the goal of PCT is to make sure you're never hungry, which makes keeping gains easier. And in addition, you can use clen's b2a properties to your advantage, do some cardio, and keep those gains clean.

Switch 7 days prior to starting your SERM. should be about 7 days after your last pin. Run it at 12.5mg-25mg ED for 7 days and stop the Adex. after those 7 days you can easily drop it off and dose EOD all it does is just build a steady blood level and let the arimidex get out of your system.

No problem brother. Just remember aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor so you can miss days, dose it low etc. If your joints get sore skip a day or two or dose it lower. The great thing is there wont be any estrogen rebound. After those first 7 days just play around with the dose and you will be golden.
