Thanks man. But to be fair, it's not all genetics. A ton of blood sweat and tears have been shed in the process. I've hit it hard, and hit it heavy. 30 lbs of it came in a little over 60 days if you catch my drift. Ultimately I won't start my cut until I reach 265. I'm sure it's gonna be a mother to wrap my brain around that when the time comes. The temptation to start a recomp right now is pretty hard to resist, but I know the longer I wait the more impressive it will be.
 
Very impressive. Ive worked out for years natty and quit after college. I lost motivation after I made no gains for over a year. Started back up about 2 years ago and reached that natural limit in 6 months so started cycling.

I debate everyday whether after this current cut/recomp cycle if I should just cruise n blast but Im scared to give up my natural production and be dependant of test for life. Huhhhh, wish this decision was easier.....Sorry for the babbling. You have mad a dramatic transformation btw. Keep it going

Natural limits in 6 months! Sweet on the muscle memory, that's legit!
 
I surpassed where it had taken me 3 years to acheive in 6 months. Then I didnt gain an ounce of muscle over the next 9 months bulking. Just put on fat. It is what it is. Im sure years n years workin hard natty would get me a little further but Im not interested in that.
 
Picture update. Up to 240lbs. bench is up to 365lbs, overhead press is up to 315lbs, deadlift is 500lbs, and squats I haven't maxed, but I've been working out with 315lbs on 12" box squats.

Before and after put together. I encourage everyone to take before and after photos. It keeps you motivated when you need it.

I haven't taken any pictures lately, but here's a quick pic to show a glimpse of condition at the moment. Weighed in at 250lbs this morning. Strength is up, and everything is tracking just like it should. The goal is 270 before I attempt any kind of shred. So I have quite a ways to go, but it's within reach now. Invalid Link Removed
