Is this really a big deal?

It seems if I took every peice of dieting advice I've read over the years, I have to not eat and starve to death.

In this case, the claim would be enriched bread is a simpler carb source and less nutritious.

The cold cuts would be said to have too much sodium.

Will body composition really suffer if I just focus on hitting target macros/caloric intake, and not about the name of the food product?

It depends on who you ask but this is why I like Invalid Link Removed It really doesn't lean one way or the other.

It depends on how your body responds.

Try a different bread source and low sodium meats for several months and see how your body responds. If it matters to your body composition it will be evident.
