Cutting while on a PCT

I plan on cutting right after my 4 week cycle finishes and I was wondering if cutting may cause me to lose more of gains even if my protein intake is high.

Any advice/opinion?
 
Your testosterone is recovering in PCT. So its theoretically very low because of shutdown. If you work your muscles to the point of breakdown there will be no Test to repair muscle fiber.

Do pct and a week after go into a cut. If you combine the two your gunna loose most your gains.

Didnt quite understand that bit,how long do you suggest I would be on a PCT before I start to cut.
 
And eat like a fukin monster during pct. Would u rather keep your gains and gain a little fat, or lose half or more of your gains?

I waited 3 weeks after pct. There is no way to tell unless you get blood tests done. Once your natural testosterone is back full force then its time to cut.

You need to keep your protein intake high to keep the gains you made alone. I would wait atleast 2 weeks after pct is over, you should research about sarms and run a low dose one like osta to keep your gains and just shed bf. You don't have to wait as long as a normal cycle if you run it low dose because the shut down is minimal, of course bloods are the only way to know 100%

I agree here. Forget about the fatty bulk and just focus on either cutting or doing a really lean bulk while on cycle. PCT is not the time to cut, that'd be a total waste.
 
Depends on how you ran your cycle. If you ate 500 cals below maintenance on cycle and then during pct you bumped up your cals to 250 under maintenance then theoretically you would still be cutting but be taking in more cals then you were on cycle.

I doubt you did this though, so im gonna say wait until after pct to cut or you will lose muscle. Even if you bulk during pct ur still gonna lose some
 
If u keep ur Cal's up. Don't lift yo heavy. What about hard cardio how would that effect UT gains?
 
Long distance/endurance running is frowned upon. I personally love HITT and do sprints for my cardio days. Its shown that sprints can increase muscle mass, burn more fat, and it makes you anabolic.

Now when I'm in pct I tone it down a notch. Instead of 10-15 1minute all out sprints I will do 5-8. It still burns fat helps cardio just not as intense at 10-15.
