Hey Guys, i am no stranger to the gym or supplement field but im looking to branch out a bit in the hopes of putting on some mass. Ive been lifting seriously for a few years now and follow a solid diet, but i want to pack on some more mass. A friend of mine was talking about when he did a cycle of h-drol and said it was amazing for mass. My main concerns are that i know i need a pct, i just dont know what kind and i know that i need to take milk thistle and possibly something to support my blood pressure but is there anything i need to be concerned with or aware of? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Let me respond first by saying no then following it by saying it hell no.

You are 145 and 5'11" so unless you are negative 10% BF you are tiny, eat more lift more. Once you weigh more then my right thigh feel free to take anabolics infact you can message me and I would walk you through the whole process but at such a low weight you are not nearly ready.

OP - I would aim for 170-180 at low BF % before touching hormonal supps. What is your diet look like?

right around 3200 calories a day, 185 grams of protein, 1200 carbs spread out through 5 meals a day

more protein.

Honestly more protien? He is already getting more then a gram per lb which i what I normally shoot for 1.25 for really intense lifting routines. He needs more fat, also he needs to not eat 5-6 small meals but eat 5 large meals.

Eat more and lift more focus on compound lifts also make sure you are not over doing cardio.

If my aim was to bulk another 30 pounds, I would definitely try to add more protein. You're right with the fats though, the fact that he didn't mention how many he takes in is probably a sign that he needs more of them.

Allot of good information to listen to here. Get down a perfect diet and when your "ready" look into hormonal products.

thanks everyone for the info..i guess i need to eat a little more...or a lot more

I mean if you give me a sample of what you eat in a day, like the actual food, maybe I can make some suggestions. This:

right around 3200 calories a day, 185 grams of protein, 1200 carbs spread out through 5 meals a day

is not accurate at all. Protein and carbs have ~4 calories per gram. 185+1200=1385. 1385x4=5540calories/day. Thats assume 0g of fat, which is obviously not possible unless all your protien comes from isolate whey. My thinking is you ARE eating 3200 calories a day, probably ~120g protein.
