Hey, Im new here just have a few questions.
I'm starting my workout/diet next week and am looking for a good starting stack. I was thinking to start with OEP + AT2 for the first few weeks then switching to C20+EP.
Any suggestions?
I usually do quite a bit of cardio to start my workout and then go to weights. Not sure If while taking these supps, that I should switch that routine around?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
