I'm old, I've been training forever, so let's just jump right in.
I'm not looking for anything other than a nice boost to strength and fat loss. Don't care if I get any bigger; actually if I can lose fat but remain roughly the same weight that would be ideal.
My diet has been/will be in somewhat of a slight caloric deficit, as I continue to drop bodyfat. I currently am eating around 300g protein, 100g carbs, 50g fat on non-training days and add 50-70g carbs on training days. No sugar excepting PWO, all carbs are in the form of beans, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. I utilize 1 HIGH carb/low fat refeed window per week, currently going 10 hours.
I train 4 days a week using Wendler 5/3/1, I do static state cardio for 30-45 minutes (HR of >130) 2 days a week and do sprint/conditioning work 4 days/week.
Here's what I'm looking at; I plan to run a 10 week cycle.
1-10 500mg/week Test E (250x2)
4-10 60mg/week Anavar
3-10 500IU/week HCG (250x2)
1-10 10mg/day aromasin (if necessary)
10-14 Erase 3/3/2/1
10-14 Nolva 40/20/20/10
10-14 DAA 300mg/day
I'm also taking/will take 2000mg/day fish oil, TrueNutrition's liver support supp, and super cissus. Possibly throwing in some Yohimbine HCL for increased fat loss, but I'm still on the fence about that.
I also plan to up my calories during PCT by probably 4-500 to help maintain gains.
