Bf: roughly 13-14%

Meal one: 5 am 3 eggs and a pretty damn big protein pancake.
730: protein shake
Lunch 12ish: tallepia and pasta
Gym
Post: protein shake and pasta
Dinner:steak or fish
Either or would be swapped with chicken and brown rice.
I always have 3 protein shakes a day.
And 1 protein bar whenever I'm hungry.
Not the cleanest but I'm just trying to gain as much weight as possible before leaving to Dubai on the 1st of June. Pretty dirty.

Bottom line is what else can I add? Web I get back it's going to be cutting time witch I'm going to do intermediate fasting.

Covered the bases , but would be nice to know more macro numbers. Throw in healthy fats , EVCO , EVOO , Natty PB , Natty Almond Butter , Sesame butter , and get more carbs like oatmeal and lima/pinto beans.

Me too dude! Try Almond Flour! its delicious and highly nutritious for recipes!!
