Saw Palmetto and DHT-based PH'S

Can i take saw palmetto to be safer on the prostate side wilst taking PH's that are DHT-based like stanodrol or does this also reduce their general effectivity to a noticeable amount? I want something that keeps the prostate small during a run...

I've never heard anything about saw palmetto reducing ph/ds effectiveness, I plan on taking saw palmetto during my next run, which will include stano.
