Ok so unfortunately tomorrow is the last day of my epi/trenazone cycle. It was a 6 week cycle and I did a bod pod test at the beginning of the cycle and then another today. The goal of this cycle was a cut/recomp. The first bod pod results were on 3/22/12 15.9% bf at 175.94 lbs. 27.9 lbs of fat and 148.0 lbs of lean body weight. The results from today were 14.8% bf at 177.05 lbs. 26.2 lbs of fat with 150.9 lbs of lean body weight. That's an overall weight gain of 1.11 lbs but an increase in lean mass by 2.9 lbs and a decrease in fat by 1.7 lbs resulting in a 1.1% lower bf percentage.
