Stomping the amature competition at the noc, arnold, and other bigger comps. I think the noc is actually the big one to be awarded the pro card. Or im talking out my ass. Double check that. Google is chock full of info!

Mr.USA, Mr. World, etc. You need to be a too amateur, compete, place in the too 2 a lot and then you get invites personally to the invitationals and you travel across the country to compete. During that time a league can offer you a pro card if you seem to be at the top.
