Best alternative to a PH

Im 18 and have been lifting seriously for the past 4 years. All i currently take is C4 before my workout and super HD throughout the day and about 80g protein a day. But my senior year of football is coming up and I'm starting to fall behind in strength because of all my team mates taking prohormones like omnadrol and I'm probably the strongest naturally built guy on the team. But I'm looking for something that won't mess up my endocrine system that will still get good results and make me even bigger but I dont wanna permanently ruin my body. Any ideas?

Whoa whoa whoa, hold up people! Do anyone read this post? He said he is takibg 80grams, GRAMS of protein a day!? Does he only weight 60lbs? My guess is NO. Lol

Okay my man you need to up your protein to 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, 80 won't do a thing. You should be doing high Carbs as well, keep it Lean Meats and Clean Carbs. All the football players I train are doing double their bodyweight in Carbs right now. Your diet has to be no. 1! Taking a PH or Natty Testbooster will do absolutely nothing, but harm you if your diet is not on track and at your age I don't recommend taking anything like that anyways.

Supplements are meant to supplement your diet, not be your main source for nutrition. You should take a post workout shake, get a good whey isolate.
Get a good Multivitamin like Orange Triad.
Good fish oil, omega-3. Controlled Labs has a good one or ON has a very cheap one.
You can also get a good creatine, but dont waste your money go with Creapure cheap and affective. Make sure to drink a lot of water.

Like I said before you don't need any test boosting IMO. Your natural levels will suffice and Yiu said you are already the strongest guy so just keep it on the natural for now and wait a few years or so. Chances are you PH buddies are going to hurt themselves in the long run.

If you want a supplement to help with size grab two bottles of PES Anabeta. This will help you absorb more of the nutrients your taking in. High Carb and HIGH protein meals will out on size and give you the strength you need.

I concur with Rome32 on this wholeheartedly.


All the Anabeta and test boosters in the world are not going to do anything for this kid whose:

1. Only 18 years old
2. Obviously has yet to grasp the basic concept of nutrition and possibly training (although his post does not delve into his routine).

I have a hunch that if you have a dietary overhaul and start including much more dietary protein from whole food sources with a solid training routine you will gain all the results you need. After you've been on this for a steady period of time and start to plateau should you consider something like a testosterone booster.

Creatine, beta alanine, fish oil, and a multi vitamin are still going to be effective especially at enhancing your sports performance, but you need to get the basics in order.

But!!! DIET is your most important. You need to eat some food to stay anabolic. I suggest meat, potatoes and rice, whole grains, Greek yogurt and natty pb.

agree with everyone here; diet is definitely the most important thing. OP, if you totally overhaul your diet, up your protein, and overall calories from nutritious foods you'll see some nice gains. No need to dive in to a test booster or anything like that. If you're that fixed on running a test booster after you change your diet, then something like DAA, or Intimidate would be a good option, or even something like tropinol. But the diet is key and will give you more results than any natty test booster will. feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions about anything (diet, products, etc.) :)
 
Honestly just get your diet straight. You obviously have good genetics and good natural hormone levels if you already have a good physique. Things can only go up if you do as others have said and increase the protein intake big time.

As far as PH and everything goes, don't spend a bunch of money on a supps that just honestly aren't going to make any (or just marginal) changes to your physique. Your diet will account for 75% of your physique change with your workout program being the rest. In a couple years you can think about PH's and you will likely be ready if you've been able to change your physique solely through dieting. Don't expect noticeable physique changes from non-PH supps, though, especially when you're 18 years old.
 
alright thanks guys i appreciate the help! yeah i could probably eat more but I'm kinda trying to reduce body fat as well because I'm trying to move from D-tackle to D end or linebacker because of my current physique. But yeah I eat 3 normal meals a day along with 40g whey powder and a couple 20g protein bars but i know i need more. Think I might do the DAA/erase stack people are recomending but for sure my future health is no.1 concern over football and I wanna stay built after football so i dont wanna mess up my naturally high test levels but I'm at a plateau right now

Your hormones shouldn't reach your natural peak until your mid twenties and using test boosters before then could interefere with that. If your buddies wanna cheat, let them. They probably don't know the first thing about PCT so you can laugh at them when they can't pop a boner at 25 because they wanted to go out on the feild and break some kid's collar bone at 18.
 
It is nuts to me to recommend DAA to an 18 year old. I don't really think it's unsafe, but it's a big waste of time and money.
