Very interested in trying anabeta, but curious as to what could be pros or cons in regards to using it when on TRT. My main concern is could it alter bloodwork in any way?

Also- would it be more beneficial to go with the "elite" or would he original suffice?

Coming from another TRT guy, it should be totally fine on TRT.

AB is a decent product BUT it seems to get much better reviews from the high carb guys.

I'm low carber and this may have decreased my results as they were "OK" (7/10 or so).

Thanks, man. I keep it mild with the cards and when I do eat them, they are complex or sugar from milk/ Greek yogurt.

Do you have any recs for a fellow TRTer in regard s to what to try to help with body composition?

Do you use any type of AI with your TRT program?

Since it is non-hormonal in nature you would be fine with adding it into your TRT.

I eat low carb religiously, and i get great results still.

Thanks--started erase about 4 days ago and I can already see a difference in regards to leaning out a bit.

Great stuff.

Thanks for the feedback!

That's sort of a loaded question :p

Recomp is largely based on diet IMHO but as you stated, you are already keeping an eye on your carbs.

Perhaps your macro ratio's OR total k/cal could use some tweaking as well?

Doing any fasted cardio?

SUPPS:

1) LeanXtreme and Reduce XT) are in a league of their own IMO
2) PPAR-based supps (Sesamin, DCP, even Fish Oil are nice adjuncts)
3) Thermogenics always assist with fat loss (EBF just came out with aaV2 that is supposed to be off the hook)
4) Stims of MOST varieties hacve a dual-pronged apprach in that they help w/increased energy levels and decreased appetite
SlimX and Dexaprine are very popular around here (Dexa has somen Thyroid optimizers in it)
5) T2 and Shift are Thyroid based products (effective uncouplers) that are very popular around here as well.

To answer the other question: Erase is so good for me, I replaced my Aromasin with it and ODDLY only need ONE cap per day.

Good luck
