Haha true. Not trying to disregard your love for food. Just informing that there are OTHER ways to reach goals that help benefit one's lifestyle. For some, not you, but some...eating 2-3 hours becomes mentally taxing and can result in obsessive behaviors. I know. I did this myself. To just not eat and fast not only curbs that...but it is very spiritual and nurturing. I almost feel one with my body now. It's really awesome.
