The title says it all. I am finishing up in 2 weeks and starting PCT but want to know others opinion on diet and how to train.
I v seen some say to do 5 x5 all the way through to keep up strength?
First 2 weeks you want to deload... Stimulate your muscles, don't tear them up like you did on cycle. They won't build or recover like they did "on" do less weight for higher reps, get in get out. On 3rd week you can start back working in intensity
