Last night's workout was ehh. Didn't really get to stick to my 5x5 thanks to the overcrowding going on. There were guys curling in the only open space I could do deads in, and some guy was cradling a dumbell like a baby and swinging his body from side to side. Obviously an attempt at some form of core movement but judging from how small he was I doubt any of his modified workouts are worth anything lol...


Incline BB press:
135x10, 175x10, 175x8, 175x5, 175x2 (all these done with 20 seconds rest)

Seated OH press:
105x12, 135x10, 155x10, 165x5, 175x5

Switched it up since literally NOTHING was available to me last night....

Standing alternate DB curls:
30x20, 45x12, 45x10, 45x7

SUPERSET with
V-bar pressdowns:
140x10, 160x12, 180x10, 180x10


I took two scoops of Speed Xtreme last night for this and felt pretty damn good. I can't imagine doing three scoops lol.
The Intratest is almost gone though. Might have to order some more because I've grown accustomed to the taste. It is still the best fruit punch drink I've tried and I still look forward to drinking it every day.

Weighed in at 213.

Wide grip last pulldowns:
100x5, 120x5, 140x5, 170x5, 200x,8

Run the rack hammer curls from 55x10 all the way down to 20 lbs

Super set with vbar pressdowns from 170x10 down to 100 lbs.
Two sets of both of those with no rest.

Weighed in today at 214.

Sadly I am all out of Intratest but I still have plenty of Speed Xtreme

I'll be recomping mostly but it would be sweet to see 225 with a loss of about 2% bf. My original plan was to just get shredded as fck but we will see.

Do you have any samples of Speed Xtreme?

No i dont have any speed xtreme yet. But i am hoping some will show up soon. Neurosurge should also be on its way soon hopefully excited to test it out and perfect timing since im out of pre workouts

Today's workout was on an empty stomach.

Incline DB press:
55x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x10, 70x10

Seated wide grip lat pulldowns:
90x5, 120x5, 140x5, 160x5, 180x10

Standing EZ Invalid Link Removed curls:
75x12, 75x10, 75x10

Superset with
Upright DB tricep pull overs:
60x12, 60x10, 60x10

Really wanted to get some cardio in but I was already on the locker room floor trying to ease my stomach at this point so I figured it was safe to call it quits. I feel like I burned some major calories.


Last night's workout:

Seated ham curls:
3 sets of 10 to warm up my knees

Deadlifts:
135x10, 185x5, 205x5, 235x5, 275x5, 250x7

Seated quad extension machine:
150x12, 150x12, 150x12

Superset with
Ab crunch machine:
60x12, 60x12, 60x12

Both workouts were using 2 scoops of Speed Xtreme. I really felt it helped me when I trained in a fasted state, made up for the energy I would have gotten from the carbs and extra nutrients. I went from a walking zombie ready to pass out in my car to ready to rip someone's head off.

I sincerely apologize for my absence from this log guys. I think now it is time for a final review while it's still fresh in my mind!

I ran Speed Xtreme as my pre workout throughout the duration of this log, no switch ups or anything.
Intratest Xtreme was ran for 4 weeks, which is two tubs worth, and I have been out of that for a little while now.

Speed Xtreme:
Where to begin....I want to say my favorite thing about this was the energy, but then I think about how great it tastes lol. Let's start with the energy.
One scoop of Speed Xtreme was pretty much my standard throughout this log. I am a swing shift worker, working 12 hour shifts, and it is not uncommon for me to flop from a day schedule to a night schedule within a day's notice, and one scoop always provided enough energy for me after my 12 hour shift to get me through a 1 hour workout.
Two scoops of Speed Xtreme was AWESOME but not required for me. With two scoops I felt even more energy, the pumps weren't too much more, but the energy and focus were noticeably higher. I tried two scoops a few different times just for experimentation purposes.
I was kind of skeptical about how the pumps would be from this, as I noticed L-Arginine was the ingredient for this. I actually did get pretty great pumps from it, so hats off to Lecheek for that one ;)
I definitely noticed a thermogenic effect from Speed Xtreme as well, thanks to the Yohimbe. It was a welcome feeling for me.
There was a decent amount of beta alanine in just one scoop, I noticed the tingles from it every time, and I love the tingles.
And the taste, Pink Lemonade, was just freaking awesome!

Intratest Xtreme:
My favorite thing about this was the taste. Fruit punch, and it was actually a GOOD fruit punch. Not too many supplement companies can boast that. Props to the taste guys.
My second favorite thing was how easy it went down. I've tried intras before that just left a film in my throat and left me coughing stuff out between every set, and upsetting my stomach as well. Intratest didn't have those negative effects on me.
Lastly, I liked that stacking these two supps gave me my daily dose of DAA.

I gained a few pounds off this stack, and my strength went back up as well. I ran a cycle before this and during PCT my strength dipped. This helped me get back to where I left off!

OH, and I should also mention, for the amount of servings in Speed Xtreme, the price is damn impressive.

Thanks a bunch to Lecheek and Marms for letting me try out a new pre/intra combo. It's been a lot of fun!


BTW, just tried out an Oxy ECA sample earlier tonight, the energy buzz from it is top notch, so I am probably going to order some of that soon!
