Best erase dosing

Hey guys.

I have just run a cycle of:
Dzine: 30/30/30/45/45/45
Stano drol: 600/600/600/750/750/750
11-oxo: 0/0/0/0/0/1g/1g/1g/1g

I have two bottles of erase and I am running an 8 week pct. 4 weeks of serm and another 4 weeks of natty otc stuff.

What would be the ideal dosing for erase?
Would it be something like: 0/0/0/3/2/1/0/0
Or should I run it longer considering I have more bottles?

Do a pyramid :-) so it gives it time to kick in with serm. Like I'm doin a 4 week pct from a sd cycle. Mine looks like this...
Nolva: 40/20/20/20-Mon,Wed,Fri,Sun for last week cuz I only have 20 mg capsules.
Erase 1/3/3/2/1

My only problem with this is the effect it will have on estrogen in the beginning of the pct. I don't want my sex drive dying due to crazy low estrogen right at the beginning of my pct which is why people usually start week 3.
Thoughts?
 
I don't believe it will completely hault estro that early at those doses but then again I banged out my lady when I got home and couldn't get off to save my life
 
a 1 pill dose per day won't halt estrogen, to expect your body to perform "normally" during pct (especially the first 2 weeks) is asking a bit much of it honestly.
 
Just run 3 capsules for eight weeks starting day one of PCT.

SERMs raise estrogen, and even non-aromatizable androgens can increase it, so having super low E post cycle isnt something id be worried about.

Erase improves the T:E and T:C Ratio, which is crucial for a speedy recovery and maintenance of gains. No reason not to include it at the standard dose for the entire time.

Its all personal preference in the end.

Just for reference, what about it do you disagree with?
 
Agreed. People taper it for a reason. Prevents bad rebound estro. Pardon me right now I'm driving lol ill reply when I get home :-)

People taper off letro/a-dex and SERMs because they have the potential to cause rebounding.

Suicidal AIs dont require the tapering because they permanently deactivate the aromatase enzyme, causing the body to undergo new enzyme synthesis to restore E production. This doesnt happen suddenly and can actually be considered a built in "taper mechanism" if you will.
 
Don't start it until week 2. You will have a serm, AI is not needed week 1. No test so you will be crazy shutdown.

Yeah, thats just my theory on it. There are plenty, none of them are necessarily right or wrong.

What about cortisol?
 
If you run something like Erase you have little to worry about or you can take 1.5grams of Vit C 2 times per day, that will cover you.
