Hey everyone
I've only just recently joined AM.
Im beginning a 6 week cycle of DB only..... this will be my first ever time using anything synthetic.
I train 4 days on,and recover the 5th day,then return 4 days on..one off etc.
My question: im on my 3rd day of training,and have DB in my hands as of today,so do i wait until recovery day too begin,or do i just start right now?
I've had mixed advice about waiting until my recover day,not too sure why,hence why im asking.
Ahh also i am 78 KGs...not 78 pounds,if anyone notices that on my stats..wasn't sure how to convert the measurement on this site.
