help with pct!!!

hi guys been looking through this forum for a while as it seems to be a great source of advice.

i have been looking a running a ph cycle now for about a year and now feel that it is the right time to start as have hit a wall, i have done a vast amount of research and have selected pharma labs epi to run as my first cycle as it is relativity mild and suggested for first time users and is geared towards dry lean gains, i plan to take this along with milk thistle and hawthorne berry as liver support, and with fish oils and multivitamins while on cycle.
the proble comes when i get to my pct, whilst i can find a plethora of infomation about them and they all point towards clomid or nolva which im am finding it almost impossible to source, so i have decided that i will have to go down the route of a product such as inhibit-e and combine that with a natural test booster such as tribulus.
do you think that this will be enough to recover after doing a 4 week epi cycle on 10/20/30/30?
any help would be massively appreciated!
 
Havoc is the same thing and its extremely cheap, but yes 10/20/30/30 is ideal.

How is your diet? Because if you "hit a wall" without a diet chances are you didnt hit a wall, you just arent eating enough.

You should get a SERM, Nolva/Clom from a friendly google search do some research on trusted places.

Clom @ 50/50/25/25
either would be ideal.

erm diet has been pretty good for the last year

8am protein shake with oats

10am 4 egg omlette

1pm 2 cod pieces with steamed veg and brown rice

3pm jack3d preworkout

5pm protein shake

8pm chicken Brest steam veg and brown rice

have had this diet going for a year or so now this is just a typical day and does change slightly depending on time and i also look to change the meat around. and i only have a day off once maybe twice a month max.
ok i will continue to search for a reliable nolva source, are these legal alternatives not up to it then?
 
the OTC anti-estrogens (not serms) are getting quite good, but there really aren't any proven OTC serm compounds yet.
 
so you think that inhibit-e ran with tribulous or a natural test booster would be good enough?

no, with the exception of some of the AndroSeries v3 products no SERM no cycle.
 
Thats extremely noncaloric dense food you are probably no where near your "wall", but i highly doubt you will listen to anyone intellectual, in which case, as ManBeast said, no SERM, no cycle.
 
managed to source some genox 10mg i believe these to be the same as nolva? is so what dosage shall i take them at each week and for how long for? and will i need anything else to run along side this for pct? ie test booster?

genox seems to be nolva. for epi you can run it 20/20/10/10
 
I would recommend low carb fruit on top of this, fiber and nutrients are good.
