Can test boosters help post andropause?

Man this sux!!!
I am sure my test has dropped down to a new low.
I feel like crap!!! No energy, no motivation, no libido, no "give a chit" factor, depressed and gaining weight.
After being off of the boosters for three weeks I have really come to appreciate the boost I was getting. Even from DAA, Erase and nettle root I had more energy, more libido and felt much better than I do now.
What's even worse is that sitting on my counter are.. DAA, Forma stanzol, Erase, Stinging nettle root, HCGenerate, AndroHard, AndroDrive (4 bottles!) and AndroMass as well as the PCT from PP. Not to mention the AndroBulk that I ordered and just received notice that it shipped a few days ago.
Now I know how a druggie feels when he/she needs a fix.

I"m going in Monday to have blood taken then I'm going to start on AndroHard and AndroDrive, 3 each

Good news is that my eyesight is getting better. It's subtle but I noticed the other day "I can see all that print and it's so crisp and sharp" then I noticed that colors have a little more "pop". Daily does of Axtaxanthin, Zeaxanthin, Lutein and taurine.
I'll get the real story because I'm going in for my check up next week.
Thanks for the suggestion Dutch.

Cool on the eyesight issues!

Just wanted to say a couple things about HCGenerate. I've used it twice and the second time with greater effect as I realized the 3,4 Divanillytahydrofuran @ 500mg is an under dose of stinging nettle, and you really need at least 1000 mg or one gram to free test as much as possible from SHGB -- 1.5 grams would be better yet. The 100 mg of LJ;100 is just a tease as this stuff is very effective on it's own at 1.25 gram level, and it will give you a strong alpha male feeling without a lot of aggression. Long Jax 100 is also a very strong stand alone test booster at those levels, and there are places to buy it wholesale.

One of the things interesting about testostrone boosters tested in scientific tests is that often the scientists use people who don't workout or people new to working out as subjects. LJ:100 was tested in large doses in a small group of people that were new to working out and athletes who were use to working out all the time. The newbies received a 40-45% increase in testostrone and the athletes came close to doubling their normal test levels.

Red, I also have a question to ask you. Why do you use Erase and Froma Stanzol together? Although you should boost test as much as possible, you only want to suppress estrogen so much, and cortisol also. Seems to be an overlap there with two products doing much the same thing, and both of these products are very powerful. This is not criticism, I just would like to know why as there may be something I'm missing.

Red,

The second time I tried HCGenerate (a great booster BTW) I decided to tweak it by adding an extra 1.2 grams of Stinging Nettle Root. I also used the Forma Stanzol (Erase wasn't out yet), and some DAA. I also added another 600 mg of LJ:100 for the aphrodisiac effects it has from it. The total effect was it seemed another notch or two better than the first time I tried it. I got some good gains on it, and felt really good too. If you're not getting sore joints from low estrogen, I wouldn't worry about combining Erase and Forma.

@Tuberman
I never used Forma and Erase together.
I did DAA, Forma and HCGenerate for 3 weeks and felt it was very effective.
I used DAA, Erase and Stinging nettle for 4 weeks and didn't feel that it was as effective.
Stinging nettle was dosed at 1 gram per day although there were a few days when I took 2 grams.
As I mentioned before, stinging nettle is now a standard of mine and I will take it each day at 1 gram per day.

My test came back at 257 ng/dl (just above the low normal of 250)
My estradiol came back at 64 pg/ml (just below the high normal of 75)
Surprising was that my AST was high at 41 U/L (normal is 10-35 U/L). I may go to the Doctor to get it checked out.
Could be from having my gall bladder removed just a few months ago.

Now to start on the Andro series!!

Red,

Your numbers for test and estradiol are almost exactly like mine when I'm not using boosters. I went 5 weeks without test boosters and really noticed some depression this time. HCGenerate is one of the best boosters I've used, but some other combinations aren't bad. I do need to stack them to get good results.

I just downloaded the White Papers on the AndroSeries and I'm reading them.

I'm taking Swanson 500mg Stinging nettle root.

I don't want to get into talking too much about the Andro series in this thread but yesterday I started on 3 AndroDrive and 3 AndroMass.
Today about an hour after I took them I noticed that my focus was outstanding. It's hard to explain but it felt great.
I know, after only two doses it's probably placebo effect?? It only lasted a few hours. It's like my eyes became lasers and what ever I looked at was in super focus and I could make out all the detail without even thinking about it as opposed to having to concentrate on what I was looking at to even recognize what I was seeing (as in my brain was not processing my sight very well) Pretty wild feeling :) I like it!

On the bad side I noticed that the ringing in my ears has become worse and also a little upset stomach.

What brand did you purchase/use?

DGA,

At the time I was using Nutra's Divanex, but I also use Swanson's Stinging Nettle Root and it is an extract and seems to work fairly well, although I use a little more with the Swanson's product.

Red,

If you would please, give a summary every so often of what's going on with the Andro series. I've got lot's of AndroDrive + one AndroBulk as they haven't got the Lean ready yet. I also purchased some bulk 11-Oxo and some 7 Keto DHEA, which is not quite the same as the AndroLean, but it will make a decent stand-in until later. They let me trade my Lean order for a AndroBulk and I couldn't pass that up.

Probably should start a separate thread about the Andro series.
Just wanted to comment about my third day.
This focused feeling is great. Felt it again this morning and still feeling it. I'm liking it.

No, they won't help. Andropause is permanent. Test boosters first of all, won't boost your test enough to make a difference to someone in andropause, and they are only good short term due to negative feedback.

Source: been there, done that. A prescription for test is also cheaper

I guess I'm still not in andropause then, as they seem to still help me. I'll see in a few weeks when my blood test is due. I sure feel more motivated. I probably just deluding myself -- tis a shame.

They may help but the effects will taper off as your estrogen rises, etc. Even when controlling estrogen, the effects are only so long. You'd have to cycle on and off them for the effects to be very long lasting. I'm sure you don't want to go through that large of a roller coaster ride.

-- I think this is definately one of the most accurate comments I have read so far, I mean one is not ignorant if there is blood in his stool or dark urine, However.... In the case of the OP,I agree don't over analyze things too much.

Honda's comment is real, and true, but some things you have to be careful about - things that when they do find you, it's too late. Heart / CV problems can be one of them.

I don't think that's true, but even so, wouldn't bother me. If your clinic closed, another Dr would likely see that you've been on a certain protocol for years, and they would not want to mess with it.

If you're that concerned, you can start with a clinic, then take your time trying to find an open minded doc. Like I said though, life is a million times better being on test, than trying to chase normal levels with over the counter supps, and any treatment is better than no treatment.

I don't mean to sound like a downer btw, it's just that I've gone through the exact same thing, and it was a lot of stress trying to 'feel right' with OTC supps. None of them are a long term solution.

Of all of them though, Stoked (a high strength resveratrol supp that has some other goodies), along with divanix, worked well for a time. I tried keeping dopamine high as well using deprenyl, but that's not a supplement.

1200mg divanix along with low dose test works very well for me. I also add in some topical Sustain alpha with the test sometimes. stoked did nothing for me except give me heartburn.

That's why I deal with clinics, and for the most part, I supervise my own health/TRT.

If I can get around having to deal with doctors very often, I would be interested. How do you keep costs down dealing with clinics? How have you gone about this?
