I did at first but the last year and a half I haven't. I eat it weekly. Sometimes I'll eat it 2 times a day for weeks on end. I buy low fat red meat though.

Yesterday was Day 23...I had a horrible diet weekend and need to get back on track. I had an ok diet day yesterday but had a great chest workout. Performed chest and abs. I had amazing vascularity and I can see more striations in my chest and shoulders once I get a good pump. Will update day 24 later Tonight.

Yeah I am still on one scoop. I wanted to try and make the MM last as long as the D-Pol. But I'm sure I'll be buying some MM in the future so I'll experiment with the 2 scoops then.

Actually I like d-pol but the bloat and stomach issues I get with DAA is horrible...
Wonder why I gotta be 1 of the unlucky ones....

bloat? i never got bloat from any. quick problem btw, feelin some pain on the right nip. not sure if its rebound or cuz i used the clippers yesterday to trim...gettin a little scurred

Could be from drinking so much water.
But DAA is the only other equation...
 
I have experienced gas with the Dpol but that's about it. I bloat easy but I can't say if the Dpol
Has enhanced my bloats at all. No clue what's wrong with phatmike lol

It could be from me drinking so much water and eating a lot of carbs at 1 time....

I'll def give d-pol again since I'm a rep now :)
 
Yeah I am still on one scoop. I wanted to try and make the MM last as long as the D-Pol. But I'm sure I'll be buying some MM in the future so I'll experiment with the 2 scoops then.

I tried 1 1/2 scoops and that was too much for me! Of course, I lift in the evenings so to much affects my sleep and then I'm tired the next day at work.

Day 25....crazy day at work and was extremely tired. I took my Dpol and MM and was ready to go. It was like a second wind. Still didn't have that tingly effect, which I miss, but I had energy and got my workout done. Back and cardio today. Started with 30 min of cardio then went to Back. Did back heavy today. All cable machines were completed up to the entire rank, only went up to 405 on Deadlifts bc I was going strapless and my palms were killing me at 405. T bar rolls were A killer. It was def a good workout. Vascularity was great as always. Diet was good but not perfect at all.
 
Day 26 was yesterday. I am actually thinking I messed up a count somewhere with my Dpol supply so yesterday was most likely day 27. I had a great shoulder workout, I felt stronger and was able to lift heavier weight, the pump was prob the best I have ever had for a shoulder workout. Diet is not on track yet but it's not to bad. Update day 27 later.

Girl scout cookies, ice cream, pretzels, chips and dip, dark chocolate, peanut butter only bc I'm eating way to much of it, cereal, a lot of pasta and that Is prob it. It's been tough lol

Girl scout cookies! I'm like 10weeks deep on my cut and ordered 4 boxes from a coworker to munch on for my cheat day... just waiting for the suckers to come in. The only thing I've allowed myself lately is dark chocolate here and there and these 5 alarm peanuts but if those cookies don't come soon I'm buying some ben & jerry's to celebrate my 2" off my waistline (kinda overbulked during this winter...).

Has your body weight been stable?

Yeah them cookies are crazy man but that's good man 2", keep that up. My weight fluctuates like crazy. I'll be as low as 197 and after eating like crazy I'll be as high as 207, this is within the last two weeks. But that 207 is after eating a lot and the 197 is when I wake up. I average about 200-203 during the day. I haven't been 197 since last week and I weighted in at 207.8 last night and 204 this morning.

Yeah I'm always around the same... I'm usually around 191-193 now

Thanks, I started @ mid 20's bf% sitting around 16% which is where I wanted to be more or less...

I noticed you said you just started to notice the d-pol pumps? For me any nitrate product delivered immediate pump increases.

The pumps were good with the Dpol buy it was nothing I wasn't already naturally used too. I hardly ever get pumps in my shoulders or biceps and I am now starting to get them which I haven't before taking the Dpol. I know grambo said it takes a While for the pumps to fully take effect.
 
Day 29...leg day. I took two scoops of MM and I got that tingly feeling back. My entire body felt like it was getting pricked with little needles. It was cool though bc I had no jitters and I was very focused. I had energy but not crazy, I felt like it helped my endurance as well as my focus the most. I went hard on legs, did about 6 sets of squats. I didn't got higher then 405, went up to 495 pounds on hack squat. Good day overall. I also did about 25 min of weighted ab work as well as 20 min cardio. I also went to an open gym and played a couple good games of basketball. Diet was better today. I had a couple slip ups but they weren't big at all. Overall a happy day. I'm a little frustrated that I put on some weight in the last two weeks and I am not as cut in my midsection and I feel like my lower back has
Gathered more fat. I do feel stronger and more muscular though so I don't mind as much. Tomorrow is last day of the stack.
