How long after PCT to begin a cut

So I'm on my 5th week of a 6 week EPI cycle atm and I'm planning on an 8 week PCT.

Nolva 20/20/10/10
Erase 0/0/3/2/2/2/2/1/1
HCGenerate 0/0/5/5/5/5
NAC 1000mg ED from weeks 2-6
Vitamin C 1000mg am,pm,pre+post wo
Fish oils,a multi,glucosamine,creatine ect

I have DAA on ahnd also but I think dosing it during PCT may be overkill

So I was planning on beginning a cut after the PCT.I will be keeping my kcal at about 4750 during PCT.Thats about 250 less than I'm eating now on cycle.

Then after those 8 weeks I'll begin a 3 month cut to shed maybe 15-20lbs depending on water.

Advice?

I'd jump right on it.....8 weeks is plenty of time if you ask me....4-6 weeks of PCT or PCT and time off is enough unless you did some really drastic cycle or you were still not 100% up and running (like your bloodwork told you that you hadn't recovered from the cycle)....this is what I'd do at least esp with something relatively mild like a PH such as epi....not like it was a 500/500 deca/test cycle or something....

If all goes according to plan, by the end of your 8 weeks your testosterone production will be back to normal levels. At that point, you can support a cut without losing much muscle, which is what would happen if you cut during pct. Only way to know for sure is with a blood test, but you should be fine to cut after pct.

For most you can start right after pct is done (as in you feel you've fully recovered, if this is at the end of your planned pct, great, if not you'll be continuing pct for a bit longer until you are started again). If you shed muscle really easily, you might want to wait a little longer.

I don't shed it easily man.My diet really determines my muscle loos.I used to go keto until I realised how ectomorphic I am.Shorter cuts and refeeds will be my friend on this cut.

I'm kinda running my erase in an overkill mode. at 0/0/3/2/2/2/2/1/1 thats a good 7 weeks on it.Thats 3 weeks more than everything else on PCT.

Thats why I'm going to wait a little longer just to be sure that I can keep all the muscle I have gained on this cycle.20lbs in 5 weeks from today and I have 7 days left.Cannot wait.Bodyfat went up slightly and there should be some stored water but I'm happy as hell.

I would run daa and maybe either activate extreme or bridge with daa on a cut so when your calories r low i have a little boost

I was actually considering using DAA and lean Xtreme for the first 4 weeks of my cut.Right from a surplus I like to go 2lbs lost a week for 2-4 weeks and then scale it back and bring in more kcal and take a more conservative approach to my cut.

Take advantage of that leptin when I have the chance you know.

lean extreme is solid

Yep control that cortisol.

Theres some really good information actually about cortisol control and insulin spiking which makes lean xtreme so attractive.Insulin has an antagonist affect with regards to several catabolic hormones, including cortisol.

Sorry to rant but lean xtreme really aids in keeping that cortisol down and along with sufficient carbs when cutting it makes for a nice safe cut.Though you can still lose muscle.

through the more extreme stages of dieting.4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Seeing as my protocol has always been 2lbs a week for 4 weeks to 1.5lbs a week for 4 weeks to 1lb a week for 4 weeks I will run it at the start where calories are lower and stop it when my kcal and carbs raise.

I never really lose muscle on a cut anyways.I lost a 1lb during my last 12 weeks cut and I lost 20lbs.7 site skinfold doesn't lie

Dosage?As per the bottle
