Hi iv been on a strict diet for 2 month now been training 4 times a week lifting and big cardio sessions, lost over a stone and nearing my goal weight. Iv been thinking about taking oral winstrol 40ml for 6 week with kidney and liver supplements, this is my first ever cycle anybody got any advice on this and possibly no the best liver and kidney supplements to take also what are the chances of side effects? Thanx

There's a ton of support supplements for liver that are effective (Liv52, NAC, milk thistle)

Personally, I wouldn't waste money on kidney support. Just drink a ton of water, keep bp in check, and don't go over 2g protein per pound of bw.

Ok Thanx guys think i will probs stick it out naturally for a while I'm pleased with my progress so far theres no rush
 
Try some DAA and eat RIDICULOUSLY clean and never skip cardio and watch how lean you get.
I'll bet you even get stronger.
Diet is everything. Everyone's different but when you think its cleaned up, clean it up some more.
Some drop fats, some sugar, some milk products. I drop ALL refined food and eat semi-low fat. That works for me best.
I did a DAA only cut and had great success with it. Four months, 4% bf loss, only 3 pounds lost, almost no strengh lost.
Heres how my diet looked w twice weekly cheat meals:
O% greek yogurt w oats raw
2 cans albacore w homemade grapeseed italian and green beans
Chicken breast with brown rice
Tofu, quinoa, bell pepper
Grd turkey with black beans and side salad.
Salmon salad w olive oil
(this would be a lifting day, non lifting days, I dropped the bigger carbs for some leafy greens, strawberries, etc.)
Had I enjoyed cardio, I would have gotten even more peeled but I just did an occasional Hiit session.
If you download myfitnesspal, you can track your calories for a few days and get an idea what you need to work on to meet your fitness goals. Take a year or two and dial this in. Anabolics don't to a freakin thing if you haven't got a handle on training and nutrition.
 
Good diet, iv got the my fitness pal it's telling me to eat 1500 cal a day but after cardio I'm averaging 700 total cal consumed the app says I should eat more but I'm having my 3 meals a day, on the machines at the gym it's saying I'm averaging 300 kcal on cross trainer, 100 kcal rowing machine and 150 treadmill this as 5 times a week. Also iv noticed I'm getting faint stretch marks around my arms any advice on this???

**** 40ml for 6 weeks? youd have have enough PIP to last you for months.
But in all srsness im not a fan of winstrol.
