I just took one of the samples, sorry I took so long to review. Like I said just took one, on my way to work I thought about a detour to the gym. I started thinking about doing push-ups. As I sit here waiting for the morning meeting I'm feeling quite jacked. Since I only have one left I'm going to save it for my next ME bench day, which is 5 more work outs. If I get the same feeling this will be my next PWO purchase!

Adding to this, I took it @ 6am and I'm still feeling the effects.

This and focus-xt are probably the only pre-workout drinks i've sipped enjoyably. Usually i'll drink them like a shot then drink water on top.

The color and taste is like melting a ton of watermelon jolly ranchers in a glass then drinking it. I had to add a bit extra water, its tart and sweet.

As far as it working. Got some tingles, concentration went up, nice energy boost. Not so much in the pump department. Mentally though i was ready. I'd say 2 scoops is ideal but one scoop is perfect. I'd maybe just take a scoop and a half personally.

I would deff consider purchasing this.
