Generally yes, but users had different feedback. Some said they would like it for a cut. Pbold has an AI in it, users noticed increased vascularity, etc.

Some say that Pbold was better for recomping as they didnt notice THAT much appetite increase and it wasnt as wet as some thought it was going to be. But as far as the three go, Pbold would be the choice for the mass gain.
