good stack

i have a pretty good stack in mind, and i was just wondering if anybody had any recomendations for a good clean stack (fairly cheap). im 19 ready to work my ass off. strong stack is fine, just wanting to stay away from anabolics.

Don't know how much you will benefit from it at 19 unless your test is low
 
Anabeta and Prime like R1balla said. (assuming your a healthy individual) DAA won't do much for you since your body is already cranking out as much test as possible.

You can always do SuperPump Max and Anabeta too.

If you spend money on any test booster I will hop on a mountain bike, peddle my way to you, and smack you. Save your money. Get a sick pre workout, intra workout, post workout. Buy some bulk dextrose and mix it with your bcaas pre, during, post with some hemavol pre workout. Youll get a much better response doing that than throwing money down the toilet for products your body does not need at 19 years of age.
 
Stick with the basics and build from there if you feel the need.
What supplements have you used?
I'd look for a mental edge first to get you moving and see where that takes you. A test booster at your age would do that but not much else.
Look into a pre-workout formula to help give you a nice boost.

So prime and anabeta. With a good bcaa or something. Anything else??

BCAA's are good too... Just make make sure your diet and water intake are all in check so you get the most out of those supplements.

As for the BCAAs... Scivation Extend, BSN Amino X, MST RPG, AI RecoverPro and Genomyx Protocol (more than aminos) are all solid options. Sip them during workouts, training, cardio and or between meals
 
I always use creatine protein and vitamins. But I was just lookin for a couple more supplements. And hell yea I eat often
 
Eat eat eat some more. At your age you will get almost nothing out of a test booster. I would for sure look into a prework out product. I really like maxamize v2 but in a week or 2 they should have the new maximize intense out. You could take gear from NTBM it include super plasma protein in it. And n2carb would be great pre and post workout to help put on some size. Don't forget sleep ! I know at 19 I wasn't getting much sleep but you need it to grow !
 
Whey/Creatine/Fish Oil/Multi/Pre...alll you need at your age right now. Pre is even pushing it.
 
That is a very open ended question. A good stack for strength? Bulk? Cut? I am sorry if I missed your goals but that makes a difference.

Exactly what we already recommended. :) Prime and Anabeta would be the great since they aid with increrasing appetite and are non-hormonal anabolics (muscle builders). The real difference between cutting and bulking is diet. You can take the same products during either type of diet for enhanced results...

What Genomyx has is Slin-Sane which can help shuttle nutrients to muscles. It's in a class of supps called GDA's or Glucose Disposal Agents ( recompadrol, anabolic pump, slin-sane are among the most popular)They can reduce some of the fat gain associated with high carb bulking and help with building new muscle more efficiently.

I would say go with either the ana+prime stack OR a GDA+ prime OR anabeta + a GDA. Stacking all three won't necessarily yeild better results.
 
Ok sweet man I really appreciate the help. Im liking the prime+anabeta. Along with just get some more creatine. Is mono hydrate ok?

Monohydrate is good and affordable. I like creapure like AX's german creatine so you know you're getting quality stuff.
