Home made weight gaining shakes similar to BSN True Mass?

What's up lads?

I have a really high metabolism and burn calories like a furnace. I also hit the gym 6 times a week and so this means I need to eat A LOT to gain weight and build muscle. So... I've recently been trying out BSN True Mass and it's pretty awesome - one shake has 700+ calories with 46g protein and 76g of carbs. Pretty good for weight gaining!

However, I'm a student and don't have enough money to buy tub after tub of BSN True Mass and so I was wondering what your ideas for good weight gaining shakes are?

What do you guys use?

I'm looking for lots of calories, protein, carbs and taste. True Mass ticks all the boxes but I suppose that's why it's expensive...!

is PROTEAN...

my advice take 2 scoops of iforce Protean
giving you 40g protein
13g carbs
8 of which are sugar,
8g of fat
a
dding 1 cup of oats will add 54g of complex carbs
1tablespoon of peanut butter or cocnut oil will get the fats to even out

I feel the blend we have in Protean is far superior and the taste is amazing!
check out or vanilla and mint combo :) its out of this world!

Dude I've got a tub of true mass right here. So I know what the label says haha!

I can't afford to get true mass all the time so I'm trying to find out what other people use if they use home made shakes.

Sweet bro just read your second post I may try that one out! But vanilla and peanut butter?! Seriously bro?! Sounds nasty haha!

Whey protein is easy to come by. And oats will give me complex carbs? What about dextrose? Or maltodextrin?

eh unless it is post workout keep it to complex carbs... youll bebetter off,

but the blend in Protean from iForce is far superior to whey.

and trust me vanilla and PB is awesome!!!

and also cocnut oil and chocolate are might tasty, think of a mounds canbdy bar

Alright no worries. I have some other blends I like to use post workout. This is strictly during the day time to keep my calorie count up. Thanks for the info brobeans!

IMO, its cheaper and better to make your own weight gainer from whey protein. it will also last alot longer.

Honey, ice cream, ice, 1 banana, fresh pineapple, 1 - 2 scoops whey, milk, oats, EVOO

I'm an up your mass man.
Best profile of a pre made gainer
