Lifting for 2 years with little progress - I need advice on the right step to take

Diet is my worst area in terms of analyzing/tweaking. Stresses me out enough keeping track of mine LoL. I'll leave that to someone much better than I.

Sweet - cheers for that ManBeast.

Any advice on the diet from the link I posted? Anything I could improve?

I would increase consumption of things like beef, and maybe add in some coconut oil. Many people don't like fat, (Though I see you hit around 114g that day, which is far greater than I see usually) but we need fat for hormones and to keep our body from going into rabbit starvation (Eating too lean, calories aside, no fat will cause this to happen). I'm not saying you need to eat more mayonnaise. Just try to eat more meat. I think bumping the fat intake to maybe around 140-150g will be fine at that caloric level.

Thanks for that mattrag, will definitely look at adding in more beef and coconut oil as you have suggested. So, more nuts basically then? I can eat more mayo for fats thought if I wanted can't I?

Any updates?

Guess not...I was following this thread. I was pretty interested in the progress.

Me? This thread isn't even about me...why can I not be interested in the progress of the OP?
