First HDrol Cycle, rate my supplements

I have done all the research I can for a cheap but powerful PCT and in cycle supplements. I think I have decided on everything.

HDrol 50/75/75/75/75/75

During cycle:
-Hawthorne Berry
-Milk Thistle
-Taurine
-Vit. C
-Fishoil
-Multi
-Creatine
-Beta Alanine

During PCT:
-Nolva 30/20/15/10/10
-DAA
-Horny Goat Weed
-Fishoil
-Vit C
-Multi
-Creatine
-Beta Alanine

I want to do a bulk and make the most of this cycle since this is the only one i want to do. I will ideally eat 5500 calories during cycle and PCT. I will then slowly cut AFTER the PCT. I know i will gain a ton of fat but that's ok. I will also be doing layne norton's PHAT routine with a few things added.

with shipping and everything involved it will be about $170

Does everybody approve of this cycle?
 
It looks good to me. Although I personally would take some hcgenerate or other otc pct in the off cycle. Do you have bad gyno problems? Seems like a lot of nova for a pro hormone.

^ From my research, most Nolva dosages for a 6 weeker are run at 20/20/10/10, but your dosing might be just as good. Are you logging this cycle?
 
Calories might be a bit high (Unless your metabolism resembles a nuclear powered blast-furnace), I'd try and find the line where you are just putting on a bit of fat at most. Nolva is a bit on the high side as well, I *feel* it does better over time than in high dosages, but that's just my $0.03.

Invalid Link Removed... You could make this a sweet cycle but it really needs some work... your too all over the place with all your supports... here's what you need to do

Helladrol, N2Guard and Fish Oil for your 6 week cycle... I kicked forma stanzol in mid cycle and it was awesome...
I would run the helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125

PCT I would really go with torem over nolva but you can use nolva as well... DAA... Need2Slin, Lean Xtreme, Creatine Nitrate and HCGenerate... Also your forma stanzol...

If you wanted to add ostarine in there, it would be extremely beneficial as well... I dose it at 25 mg a day...

Calories are fine for making sure you're putting on maximum muscle and strength, though you'll probably look more like a powerlifter than a bodybuilder when you're done. :)

This is what I'm thinking. I don't really care about fat because i have a fast metabolism as is and can cut pretty easily after PCT.

What about dosing nolva at 20/20/20/10/10. I want to use as much of the bottle as i can because i want to do this cycle right so i never do anymore

Bro PCT is not really where you wanna "cut up" though. You will need time to solidify the gains you make on cycle, or you will just diet them away. Especially since you won't have the hormonal support of the PH, in fact you'll be at a disadvantage because your hormones will be outta whack during PCT.
I for one had to increase my cals in PCT just to make sure I don't lose weight. I would cut on my next PH run.

lol once u go to the dark side, there is no comin back. seriously, 20/20/10/10 will suffice. nolva stays in ur system a long time. half-life is like 5-6 days. nolva kills my appetite and makes me kinda feel weird. i dont like takin it no more than i have to. it is necessary but dont go overboard. h-drol is pretty mild.
5000 cals a day aint easy. if u document everything u eat, u will see u have to force feed urself to get that kind of calories down. i mean quality calories. i could drink vegetable oil and sugar to get 5000 cals but u get the point.

yes i understand, i will be doing GOMAD which many aren't fans of but it knocks out 2500 cals a day so can't really complain. I've done it before and never had any stomach problems so i'm not concerned

That's beast lol. The gomad diet would ruin me. Have hard enough time with whey protein.

Just remember though. I said something like I'll never run again. Look at me now giving advise on how to do it lol.

lol i know EVERYBODY says that! But hopefully i do this cycle right and i'm mentally strong enough to resist. If not, i'll be tossing out advice in two years like you :D
 
I want to preload hawthorn for 2 weeks prior at 525mg a day.
Milk thistle i'll preload for a week at 175mg three times a day.

how do these dosages look?

also, i should be taking milk thistle and hawthorn prior and during my cycle. Should i also take them during my PCT or this isn't necessary?

I could be just an addict but I tend to dose hawthorn berry way higher. Like 2-3 grams a day. Also, milk thistle at something like 1 gram as well. I try to avoid milk thistle on cycle but I keep the hawthorn berry high throughout.
Take the milk thistle in pct, if you have high blood pressure then continue the berries. If not, it's up to you. I run cycle support year round for health. Lol
 
why not just dose n2guard and not mess with worrying about these dosages... its a lot better and it will be a lot more benefiicial for you... i cut my n2guard dose in half during pct but i still dose some...

How much weight do you think I'd gain in 6 weeks doing layne nortons PHAT and eating about 5k calories a day? i think 35lbs is reasonable, of course some will be fat

I mean I did Hdrol for 6 weeks and gained around 12 lbs. And I think 4 of that was fat. Granted I wasnt doing everything i could to maximize the cycle (Was my first). But Unless you are REALLY thin, or you are coming off from being hospitalized and immobile I doubt you can do 35lbs in 6 weeks...

People on GOMAD can gain around 20+pounds in a month. granted, alot will be fat but you will gain the maximum amount of muscle/strength

also, i'm doing PHAT so hopefully i will gain more muscle
 
if you gained 12lbs muscle and 4lbs fat with your diet, and i gained 17lbs of muscle and 14lbs of fat my diet would be more worth it in my opinion.

Let me outline what I did as best I remember
0 cardio
ate at least 350g protein a day
Ate a 1500cal breakfast, 800 cal snack, 1200-1800 cal lunch, 400 cal snack, bigger dinner, then pre bed shake.
I also only worked out 2-3 times a week so that I would recover enough to put on size and gain strength.
 
I know that some of the modern pros get really fat in the off-season, but the trend is now swinging back to the classic era of a lean bulk instead of a junk bulk. Is 8 extra pounds of fat really worth 5 more pounds of muscle? Remember, once you've created new fat cells, you can only deplete them, not destroy them, and getting fat will be just that much easier. Just do a nice moderate bulk, recover, and then another nice moderate bulk, and viola, even more muscle with even less fat... don't rush life, its short enough as it is.

alrite guys, i'll reconsider my diet and see how its going during the cycle. I plan to do a log, before/after pictures and measurements
 
Another quick question. All my stuff is ordered and shipped and i'm getting very excited.

I have been reading around and i read in a review that Vit C can clash with hdrol (skeptical)

But it got me to thinking, do any of my supplements clash or is my timing not quite right?

I still think that dose of Milk thistle is a little low but it's better than nothing :D

OH the vitamin C?? It might have something to do with adaptation of exercise.... But as far as affecting PH absorption/uptake.... i haven't heard ANYTHING like that.

3 at lunch is good. :D

And yea...take the vitamin C... it's probably better for your immune health etc. seeing on cycle immune system is not at 100%

Rough day today, had something wrong where I was throwing up all night and went to hospital in morning. White count was 36,000 so i stayed all day, eating nothing but they did hydrate me. Hopefully i'll be back tomorrow.

My BP was also pretty high 140/70. I think I'm going to bump my dosage of hawthorne up from 1g to 2g a day. Should this help/solve the problem?
 
i dose the hdrol a little higher and you only need to run the nolva at 20/20/10/10
