HEy guys, I'm finishing up a cycle at 20/20/30/40 of Epistane. It was low dose to get my feet wet. I made good gains and I am happy, but I wil be start PCT soon:

I have Torem and Nolva, they are from different research sites, can I mix (low does of both) them or should I just go with the nova like I planned?

Torem/Nolva brings me back in record time I swear by it. More is better in PCT IMO.
 
Just looked at your layout and 20mg of EPI is prob good for your first 5-7 days then bump to 30. Don't waste your time with 20mg for that long. Get up to 30 then 40 and higher again if you want

What do you mean? I'm assuming you have research Chems? You want to mix the two bottles together? I suppose you could but I wouldn't you wouldn't be able to dose correctly. Just take them at the same time I would suggest thats what I do. First I take one then I take the other.
 
no, just take a little does of nova and a little dose of tore, just in case one is bad, or one is just a better serm for me.

aka:

nolva: 20/20/10/10
torem:120/90/60/60

opposed to nolva:30/20/10/10
 
I'd just run Nolva at 20/20/10/10 .I wouldn't run Nolva at 30mg for Epistane.Without a proper test booster,cortisol blocker and AI PCT you might get an estrogen rebound.But if you think 30mg suits you if you have shut down hard then be my guest.

OP are you gonna get blood tests?
 
I have erase lean xtrm testopro and all that good stuff. I don't feel shut down at all really. And I'm nit gonna get blood test, I don't think my cycle was harsh at all
 
Along with my SERM, should I go ahead and start DAA, Testopro, Erase, Lean Xtreme, AI Post cycle support at recommended dosage right from the start of PCT and maintain them until the end of PCT?

i would start the erase at the beginning of week 3 of pct. continue the erase 2 or 3 weeks after you finish the serms and taper the erase down during the last few weeks as well.

thanks, but start everything else right at pct at recommended dose? how do i dose erase?

actually start your lean xtreme the second or third week off pct as well but other then those two things, start everything else at the beginning of your pct and at rec doses
 
so just erase? but if I'm not going to take erase until week 3, should I take lean extreme from the first two weeks?
