Be sure to hit each head. Front, side, rear. Honestly no shoulder exercise hits one specifically, just be sure not to neglect any head. Personally im a huge fan of a heavy shoulder press for 4 sets, move to heavy lateral raises for around 8 reps, then on to front raises for 8 each shoulder. it works well for me. Sometimes you just need a good muscle shock. You can do that by super heavy weight followed by light weight with high reps...ect. Just different intensity tech work really well.
