My friend directed me here.and said I could possible get some help.
I'm looking to get a pro.h and bulk up a bit.
I need to know what product I should go with dand what pct to go with
I want to gain as much muscle I can off one cycle with min. Side effects
I'm 6'3 220 18% bf and 24yrs of age.
Appreciate all the help. Btw I'm looking for legal products.

I know it sounds stupid but if do use a PH i will most likely drop the bf% but i want some muscle gain.
What kind of gains could i expect off h-drol with a good diet about 3000 calories and 1g/1lb protein per weight
