Hey guys I was wondering. Should I do sprints before or after lifting weights with y legs? I usually like doing it after making sure I have enough energy to lift heavy.
Or should I just save the sprints for days I dot leg lift?

I usually do my sprints the day before i do legs. Ill do HIIT on a treadmill with a good incline. BE SURE to get good amounts of BCAA's in before and afterwords. Doing this really works well for me. Ill get a good shred from the cardio and a good leg workout the next day. Keep in mind, ill only do 30 seconds high intensity, 90 seconds low intensity for 5 or 6 rounds. I love it.
