Starting cycle.. Need review

This will be my third cycle and I have it set up like so...
Week 1 - Beastdrol 20mg
Week 2 - Beastdrol 20mg E- Stane 30 mg
Week 3 - Beastdrol 20mg E-Stane 40mg
Week 4 - E-Stane 40mg
Week 5 - E-Stane 60mg
Week 6 - E- Stane 60mg

Nolva-20/10/10
SNS DAA-4/4/4/4/4/4
Reduce XT-0/0/3/3/3/3

I this thinking of getting some cycle assist too

Looks pretty nice.

RS-transaderm (on cycle) would be nice.

Formastanzol (on and off see dosage recs on bottle) if youre gyno prone and got the cash.

Don't overlap. Start the epi at 40 at week four, and run through week 8 at the doses you have listed. Good luck.

i disagree on the overlap, i would overlap 1 week. IMO most PH's take a week to really kick in, let the estane get started before you stop the beastdrol. its not recommended to run orals for long periods of time, but we both know i dont follow that advice so i wont pretend i do. i would add 40mg of estane for week 7. 60mg is not a normal dose, so i would stay at 40mg for weeks 3-7. grab yourself some liv-52 for liversupport during cycle. let me know if you start to log, im in for the run.

That's cool man I just have nothing better to do right now lol logs take alot of time.

Yeah work in progress, wont try a sd cut cycle again lol still more to go though, gonna change up my routine and see what kind of gains it brings

Switching from one compound to another doesn't require overlapping, as the cumulative effects that have built up from the first compound will still be there when you start the second compound. When you say 'kicked in' you are referring to the changes in body composition, size, and strength, which are cumulative effects. The cumulative effects are what take time to build up, not the drug actually waiting to 'kick in'. The SD will have already 'kicked in' by the time he starts the Epi, so the cumulative effects of nitrogen balance, protein synthesis, anabolism, etc will already be there, and as soon as he starts the epi, he will just keep adding to the cumulative effects, essentially taking away the 'kick in' time that you would normally see just running it from day 1.

The gains from extending the cycle will be greater than the gains from overlapping and doing a shorter cycle.

But hey, what do I know. I've only been using anabolics for 9 years. =)

Obviously longer cycles will bring larger gains. Normal cycles are not recommended past 6 weeks and im talking 7 with him and u say 8, Overlap or not, 7 weeks is plenty. Where do u draw the line, lol if your like me maybe 10 weeks idk but I don't recommend my own personal cycles to people with less experience than myself either.

My computer just broke so I will have to get back with you about the real reason for a overlap. Maybe someone with 9 years experience can shed some light on why this is a common practice that needs to be addressed. : )

Instead of jacking his thread ill start a new one, I call it bridge overlap? Yea or nea. Let's see if we can good a good ol discussion going!!!

I dont know if it is, but this seems totally right to me.

If youre gonna account for the "kick in", then account for the "kick out". If you wanna have a midcycle peak where youre on 2 ph's for a week, then go for it! Just be safe about it.

Maybe someone with 9 years experience can shed some light on why this is a common practice that needs to be addressed. : )

Let me start with the the term 'bridge'. This would be an example of two cycles with a 'bridge' between them:

Week 1-10: Dbol, Test, Deca
Week 11-15: Test only at a smaller dose (this is the bridge)
Week 11-20: Test, Tren, Winny

Now we have kids saying they are 'bridging' pro-hormones like:

Week 1-4: SD
Week 3-7: Epi

THIS IS NOT A BRIDGE. IT IS USING TWO STEROIDS CONSECUTIVELY DURING THE SAME CYCLE.

Then what is a blast & cruise you ask? It's basically multiple cycles 'bridged' together with a small dose of test and sometimes a low dose of another anabolic like deca, eq, or mast, or maybe even some peptides.

So to answer your question, it is common practice because in theory it makes sense to a lot of people, and in reality you will still make great gains. 25 years ago it 'made sense' to not use testosterone when there were much more anabolic and less androgenic substances out there. (sounds stupid now huh?) You can still make huge gains with tren only. Test is not needed if your goal is just to get huge. So who's right? The guy who's 250lbs of ripped muscle who only uses tren? Or the guy who's 250 pounds of ripped muscle that uses test with all of his cycles?

My point is this, whether or not you are overlapping, or just running one compound then switching to another, you will still make good gains. YOU CAN DO IT EITHER WAY. It's just that running a cycle for an extra 25% longer will yield more gains, period. So if you start with X amount of compound 1 and X amount of compound 2, it is most effective to string them together for the longest cycle you can handle. The less you overlap, the longer you can run it. The longer you run it, the more gains you make. The 'transition' will be 'smooth' regardless of an overlap.
