Well, there is a lot of good stuff in there about over-the-counter fat burning pills - you need to be careful, look at the studies, etc ...

However, he makes the argument ... "Go walk your dog instead of taking a fat burner".

Why not do both?

I don't know man - it just seems like one of those arguments like ... "Hey, don't do squats!" ... because you don't need to do squats; you can satisfy your goals without squats; squats are dangerous; etc ...

But I like squats and they work for me. I like Fat Burners too ... especially taken before cardio.

This is true. I agree. Whats good is listening and seeing what others say about certain fat burners. Forums (AM) give more light to them in the sense of being a waste or a descent product. Yea there are reps who hype it up but there are also real people giving legit reviews. As you said research
 
I agree hands down. Although everyone's body react differently to each supplement, just a walk will be much healthier and rewarding in a physical and mental sense. Personally, i believe that there are many good over the counter fat burners, but even more that make claims that are not realistic. Great read mate.
