6 week h drol cycle log (1st cycle)

Good to know the HB worked! My BP is oddly high atm... So im dosing HB at 6 caps a day. (550mg per cap)

how high did you go?

I was doing 4 caps (I think I have the same HB as you mine is 550 per cap also). I am doing 6 now but I don't know if I should keep using it since PCT day 1 starts tomorrow..do we still need to use blood pressure support in PCT? I know I should keep milk thistle since nolva taxes the liver some.

I would run through PCT and a bit after. I use AI Sports life support...

They have 250mg of hawthorn b per 1 cap

Nolva hits the liver hard. Anyway, I think you should use it throughout PCT. Just in case. Then re assess your BP. Keep using it till it comes back to pre cycle levels.

I like AI's cycle support :D (powdered Life support basically).

But yea AI is great. I use them for PCT and on cycle support. If only they had a TUCDA product and an AI it'd be perfect lol!
 
I was going to use a product like life support but I was trying to safe some money by just buying hawthorn berry and milk thistle lol maybe I'll be less cheap next cycle. How do you all measure your BP? my arms barely fit in the BP machines at CVS/publix lol I don't think I can use those for much longer

Support is pretty important but it's your first cycle. Next time you'll be all good when you start :)
I live in japan. The ones here are too small usually so I never know if the reading is right lol. Anyone have answers?

Think they may sell a cuff kit you can buy and use at home...

If not pay your insurance deduct and hit the "minute clinic"
 
PCT DAY 1!! (weight 212)

Final update on weight gain!!! On October 5th I got a body fat test at my gym using their scale and calipers by a trainer. I was 198 with 9% bf. Today (EXACTLY 8 weeks later) on their same scale same person doing bf test I was 212 8.5% bf!! Gain of 14 lbs in 8 weeks proportional body fat gained. I am very happy.

So basically I gained 12 lbs over the 8 weeks. First two weeks were bulking with no h-drol weeks 3-8 I added in the h-drol. Notice that weight gain slowed the last few weeks of h-drol because I reduced my calories not wanting to gain too much fat.

This is what I have lined up for PCT(started today):
Nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA 6 grams per day (split in two 3 g doses)
Activate xtreme 2 caps AM 2 caps PM
Preworkout powder/creatine product
Intra workout BCAA product
Lean xtreme 2 caps per day first 2 weeks
Starting week 3 adding in ERASE 3/2/2/2/1/1/1
Still using hawthorn berry/milk thistle twice per day and fish oil, whey protein, multi vit, etc (same diet still trying to gain).

I want to be 215 by the end of PCT

Todays workout was:

Shoulders and tris

BB shoulder press
95 x 8
135 x 5
185 x 10
185 x 9
185 x 6

hammer style DB front shoulder raises
40s x 14
40s x 12

Sitting side lateral DB raises
25s x 14

Felt good today obv still some effects from the hdrol dose from yesterday since the half life is so long.

Thanks lol I'm sure 1-2 lbs was glycogen/water though but I'll still take 10 lbs muscle gain in 8 weeks haha

Sounds like a good cutting cycle. I can deff see h-drol shining in a cut since I was bulking and it helped keep any excess fat gain from accumulating.
 
I loved hdrol, ran it as my second PH, and yielded phenominal results. I ran DAA with my nolva at 30/20/20/10 and kept 90% of gains, goodluck.

I am going to do my leg workout in a few hours but wanted to update on my PCT. I have a small tender pea sized lump under my left nipple. Things of this nature have happened to me in the past whenever I take an OTC hormonal product so I am not that worried. However, I have decided in light of this development in addition to my nolva, DAA, and activate xtreme I am doing to start PES ERASE today at 3 caps per day and will continue at 3 caps per day until I feel I can taper off. This should keep any excess estrogen at bay over the next few weeks.

Be careful to not completely kill your estrogen. You wanna control it not destroy it.

That is true I completely agree but I want to make sure I get the lump issue under control first. If after a week of 3 a day on erase I see it being controlled I will happily taper that down. Is there anything you would suggest?
 
Erase shouldn't nuke your estrogen to hard, 3 caps a day until it goes away or shrinks, then run for an extra 7 days and start tapering down 2 caps for a week then 1 cap until finished I think would be good. 3 caps a day is the normal dose so you should be fine with that.
 
Sick leg workout today. Got some samples from AI sports...mixed one sample scoop of maniac with two caps of motivate...all I can say is HOLY HELL.. I felt like I was on CRACK (not that I would know what that feels like)

I am going to up my dose of nolva to 40 for like 3 or 4 days to help deal with my nipple issue that and the erase should help with it hopefully.

Just received my 3 bottles of HGH-PRO and will start that log probably on Monday so stay tuned I shall link it here for any one that is interested.

I was reading some post at PHF some people said they had worse sides than superdrol, they claimed of having a medicine head feeling which I had on my first few days of p-mag then it went away after 3 days or so; did u have this experience?

Erase won't nuke it, a serm won't nuke it, but together you are gonna nuke it. Idk I feel like you should go through PCT as normal, start erase week two, if you really feel its a problem then do it week one. If you really want to do what you wanna do. You know your body better than any of us so maybe that's what you need.

You're right. How well are you keeping your gains? I know you are only 3 days off but how do you feel so far?

I think I have lost 1 - 2 lbs of weight (which I am not concerned with seems to be mostly water) but on day 3 pct I made PRs on squats and leg press and today day 4 pct I maintained my strength on bench. I feel pretty good overall libido is good and I'm sleeping alright. Besides this one issue I feel overall ok. I have a second source of nolva that I am going to switch over to tomorrow I am more sure on that purity than I was on the 1st one. You may say well why did you even use the first one... And my answer is I just got the second source in today. So we shall see how that goes.

From what ik u don't need to taper down. Your estro levels normal up withing a week or so. So no need to taper down

Maintained strength on back today but weighed in at 210. Feeling very dry since I started taking Erase so that probably explains the weight loss.

Nice weight! Erase dries me up as well. I find that unless I'm taking daa erase is too much.
 
Day 10 PCT guys weighed in at 209 feel pretty good.

Great news my lump under my left nipple is pretty much gone! I still have some slight puffiness in both nipples but nothing to be worried about that is usually how I look lol. The erase is deff doing its work no nipple sensitivity at all. Will prob reduce to 2 caps on that soon.

Did well on legs today was able to maintain leg strength maybe go up slightly squatted 315 x 8, 315 x 10, 335 x 6 for my heavy sets.

Well I bought a bottle andromass and androhard on black friday. I think I am going to try and get a second bottle of andromass and run 8 weeks of that with 1/2 dose androhard I think Ill start that one in first week of March.

Nice taking Janurary and Feburary off?
p-mag was a dud for me. I even ordered more cuz I though would be so good. Think I may run it one more time next year as well and dose higher and see what happens :)

well after pct i gota wait at least two months before my next cycle. Ima keep hitting it hard till then wana go into that cycle as heavy as possible with as much strength as possible. Well you might just need it at a higher dose I think it would work much better at 75

Yup that's probably the problem I had I was a puss c lol.

I wasn't prepared properly for that cycle. Had most of my info buy just was unsure the whole time... Like my signature says.... :thumbsup:
 
Dave...how much weight did you lose on pct?..if you didnt have the nipple issue would you have used DAA instead of erase?I find mixed ideas on taking an AI with hdrol....some say yes and others say no.
 
Thanks for asking I forgot to update this. I just finished PCT and am now 207 steady for a while so lost 5 lbs but all my strength is basically the same and I look leaner than I was at the end of my cycle so some of the weight was glycogen weight and prob a little fat. I am eating less so it explains the weight loss. I ran DAA 3 grams per day actually and I added erase the first week of PCT because of the nipple issue but was going to wait till week 3 if that issue didnt occur.
