V3 Dosing Question

I ordered AH V3 and on your website it says to dose all six caps at once upon waking. Why is this? I would dose V2 three caps twice a day. Just curious on the difference.

Well I'm no expert but from my understanding, it has to do with the slow disolve gel/capsule. It is supposed to be slow release and provide continual levels over a 24hr. period. Also the morning is ideal for hormonal reasons.

Gotcha. That makes sense. Assuming it works how it is supposed to; that will be nice not having to time the second dose.

Yeah, it actually seems to be quite a bit easier to stay on top of once a day dosing as opposed to twice or three times a day.
