Test E/ Eq 12 Week Pct

I have a friend who ran a 450 mg Test E/Eq cycle for 12 weeks.

His pct options are clomid and HcG.

He has read many people stating not to run hcg during the post cycle and others stating to start running it while the ester is wearing off for 2 weeks 250 iu every 3 days and run 200 mg of clomid 14 days after the cycle for a week and then 100 mg the next week and then 50 for the following two weeks.

Would you suggest this or would you suggest a purely clomid pct?

he needs to wait 2wks from the last time he pins to when he starts pct. During that time he should use 250IU of hCG 3x a wk or every 3rd day. Than he should use clomid 100/50/25/25. Adding in some DAA would really be a wise move also

How long would he need to run the hcg for? And the first day of pct would not recover a higher dose of clomid to prevent the body from the shock of coming off?

No mega doses are not the best idea. Clomid also has a five day half life so the 300mg day one he pop would be in his system for a while. 100 mg is still a lot too, he will feel like a complete bitch that first week. Make sure he stops using hcg once starting clomid. DAA, hcgenerate, activate extreme- all solid test boosters that will help him a ton in pct
