6 week h drol cycle log (1st cycle)

So even tho u have to run hdrol at higher dose than epi or sd u think its safe torun it longer?

A 6 week run of h-drol is much safer than a 3 or 4 week of SD. It has to do with the nature of the compound. Since you don't really notice a whole lot from h-drol the first two weeks it is recommended to run for 6 weeks.

what have been your strength and mass gains so far? and have you noticed any extra beard growth or anything?

Strength has been great mass has been solid as well. Final weigh in is in a few days but if I had to guess I've gained ~ 11/12 lbs mostly lean. My strength on bench has gone up ~30-40 lbs and my squats have increased from about 275 x 8 to 335 x 8. I did not notice any increase in hair growth h-drol is a solid anabolic but it is not high on the androgen scale, which is what would assist in male feature development (increase in hair growth).
 
There's a lot of clones for hdrol I've seen out there. I was thinking about grabbing a bottle but didn't. I did get 2 bottles of p-mag though.

I heard sides were worse with hdrol than with p-mag and hdrol takes longer to kick in....

Not to mention I only know of 1 other p-mag clone and it's $15 more, hdrol was more expensive where I looked but I noticed more clones of it.
 
So 100mg hdrol is going to be less harsh than 50mg of epi? Cuz it's twice the methylated compound. Does anyone know why u can take more hdrol and have it effect liver values less than using half the amount of epi?

Hmm, that I honestly never thought about. I would think it has something to do with the actual compound itself. and what measures need to be taken to actually make it a methyl. Might be something good to post in the anabolics section.

My guess would be that the way Hdrol is metylated the liver has an easier time processing it than lets say Sdrol (seeing anything above 30 would probably mean death). OR, the metylation stress is the SAME, just that Hdrol is mild, while Sdrol/Epi affect the liver in ways other than just metylation.

The strange thing is that when u methylate something it makes it super bioavailable. So I am still confused as to the pharmacology behind it. I'd like to know more about the conversion. Looks like the 4 chloro groupthat prevents estrogen conversion also prevents hdrols conversion into turinabol. So far it looks like unconverted hdrol is still hepatoxic.

Looks like there is still some androgenic activity produced by hdrol in the unconverted form.

Halodrol, being a 3,17-diol, will bind to the androgen receptor before it converts to OT. Therefore it's a little more androgenic & a little less anabolic than OT. This holds true for all the 3,17 diones & diols.

Yeah I guess bad choice of words with "safe". I of course meant safe in relation to other PH cycles. It was always normal when I checked I haven't for a week or two I forget the exact numbers they were just within normal though almost too high. Sorry I can't give exact figures lol

Thanks man. I do feel a little more dense and I was about the same definition wise before but now everything is a little bigger lol especially the shoulders and my legs (though my legs are not in these pics obviously). I deff tried to focus on my rear delts on this cycle since they were lacking some. I found reverse machine flies were great for targeting that area.

You keep following me everywhere I go haha. If you're worried about the price of running a 6 week cycle, just get mrsupps. It's like 3x the amount of CEL h-drol for the same price.

I thought I made good consistent gains after week 2 so I think weeks 5 and 6 were worth it. I kept the dose at 75 mg after week two. Idk of any additional benefits past that dose I didn't want to use more than two CEL bottles.

First two weeks were hard to tell the increases I made could have been made naturally so the real work happened past week 2 I'd say. Sides were basically lethargy and had a headache on occasion but hard to say if that was because of the h-drol. Sleep issues could be another side possibly but my sleep sucked before the cycle so it is hard to tell if that is because of the h-drol either.

Yeah cool. I'm on day 9 or so of my p-mag I'm still at the so called pussay dose of 50 m geez.... :D can't tell much hopefully it'll pick up this Friday at the 2 week mark.

It wasn't a smart idea but on two separate nights I did drink about three beers. Didn't have any adverse effects but obviously I shouldn't have had any.
 
When I ran Alpha One, I drank 4 nights straight when I first hit PCT and a couple days later I had to get my bloods at work and everything was in spec lol.
Gotta love the effectiveness of certain support supps.
 
Yeah I drank twice while on cycle x.x, yay for liver support? haha
 
It is not a matter of alcohol being off limits to me like if I were underage. It was a matter of my mindset going into it was that I wasn't going to drink as it is my first cycle I wanted to take precautions. But its all about just limiting your consumption I am in college so drinking 3 beers is quite low compared to friends when we all go out lol

Anything "liver stressful" should be avoided. I think the emphasis on alcohol is kinda over rated. (I AM IN NO WAY SAYING YOU CAN DRINK) But things like High Fructose Corn syrup, and sugars in general also put the liver through a similar stress. (Though dampened by natural enzymes, fiber etc. that are found in natural low fructose fruits). With that said I'm glad you are still alive and well ;)

I noticed on 11/8 you said 7lbs gain since 1st day.... When did the weight start to come on was it slow and steady or like bam?

I'm going to do my last workout soon cause this is the last day. I am not sure if I feel shutdown? I feel a little down mentally lately so that might be a sign of shutdown and I lack energy. Overall I feel ok though and I didn't really notice any shrinkage testicular wise maybe slight shrinkage in the past week.

As far as the weight that was really because of my diet. I gained a lot of weight the first few weeks because I was eating like a horse. After a week or two I decided to reduce my calories because I did not want to gain too much fat so the weight gain slowed some. It is very diet dependent I probably could have gained an additional 5 lbs if I didn't reduce my calories for the last few weeks.

Checked my BP yesterday was 145/75... it was not high two weeks ago. So I guess that explains the headaches Ive been having off and on the past week or so lol

Should have preloaded hawthorn berry two weeks bro. For some people exactly 10 days works. I'd take it safe and go with 2 weeks. Take it as a lesson learned bro..

I had no BP issues for the first 4 weeks on h drol they only appeared in the past week or two so it was not because of the HB. Just should have upped the dose more starting week 5
