Any one heard of russian bear?

Has anyone tried or heard of this russian bear (and if so what are better the pills or powder), my friend took and said i need to try it... any thoughts???
 
I think there used to be very cheesy-looking ads for it in the back of MMI and Ironman, many moons ago, like in the late 90s. Right alongside "The Beast Anabolic Activator."

There have to be much better things on the market today, if the stuff was ever even effective at all.
