I am 27 years old and have been lifting for 10 years. I have done multiple ph/ ds cycles. I have not ran a cycle in about 2 years due to gyno which was removed and afraid to try again. Its time and just need straight, helpful answers.<br><br>6'2" 205<br><br>Bench- 365<br>Squat- 435<br>Deadlift 415<br><br>My current cycle plan: H-Drol 6 weeks at 50 first week and 75 throughout with cycle support. Started preloading a week ago. I have on hand nolva and plan to use it at 20/20/10/10 if needed. The main question is I run the novla and what else should I take it with and how should it be dosed. If I decide at the end of my cycle I dont need nolva, whats a current pct to start with. Thanks for any help and i know there are limitless h-drol postings but have researched and just havent felt comfortable with the info I received.
